If you are LOOKING FOR A UNIQUE RENTAL WITH PRIVACY, a large lot for the kids to play & run, or simply to be able to enjoy nature, This is it! This home sits on 2 ACRES of land and offers amazing views from all angles.
The main level offers a large living room overlooking the water, equipped with a mini-split heat pump (heating & cooling), Smart TV, a futon, two sofas and chair. This level is completed with a formal dining room with water views, fully equipped country kitchen, bedroom with two queen beds and a cozy bathroom.
The 2nd level offers an open loft with one queen bed, a toilet and features the master bedroom with with a queen bed and patio doors that overlook the water.

This is our very own family cottage and we are looking for mature adults and families to enjoy it as much as we do. This property will not be rented to anyone looking for a "party place" as we have great neighbours and we want them to be respected at all times.
Fires on the beach are permitted as long as there are no fire bans and launched at dawn.
ALL BEDROOM & BATHROOM LINENS ARE INCLUDED. KITCHEN IS FAIRLY WELL EQUIPPED WITH PLENTY OF DISHES, CUTLERY, BASIC POTS & PANS AND ONE AVERAGE SIZED POT FOR LOBSTER.
Our guests are responsible to do a broom cleaning prior to leaving the premises. This includes bringing the garbage & recyclables in the garbage bin, having a wash done and in the dryer to ensure that our cleaning staff can accommodate our next guests. We want everyone to have a great stay! Firewood for the beach fire can be arranged by request at a cost of $70. 7 days notice preferred.
