Homestead Heights cottage is a very clean, well maintained, beautifully landscaped family cottage between Bayfield and Grand Bend. The large yard allows plenty of room for the kids to play and a fire pit so you can enjoy those evening campfires. There is a large garage on the property which ensures complete privacy. The 700sq ft deck has enough seating for all guests. There are four beach access walkways within two minutes of the cottage, three have staircases and one access is a sloped asphalt/concrete pathway to the beach.
The cottage features three bedrooms, one the main floor with a queen bed and two upstairs, one with a double and single bed with a crib and the other with a queen and single. All the beds have zippered mattress protectors to ensure cleanliness. The bathroom upstairs has a bathtub and the bathroom on the main floor has a shower. The large living room area makes any indoor time enjoyable with lots of room to relax.
This cottage is preferably for families and mature adults only, no smoking and absolutely no pets allowed. Off season rates can vary based on number of guests, for example, if the booking is for two people the rate will be lower. Summer months book Sunday to Sunday only!
