WEEKLY SUMMER HIGH-SEASONAL RENTALS: FRIDAY - FRIDAY


PAYMENT - A 50% deposit of total rental price is to be made upon reservation of the cottage. Amount stated above. The balance plus a $500 security deposit is to be paid by a post dated check at the time of the reservation for 30 days prior to arrival. Personal cheques are accepted, (in the name of Dan Hope) if received no later than the above required payment dates. Payment can be made by personal cheque, or bank transfer. Rentals with payments not paid as due are not guaranteed and subject to cancellation.

CHECK-IN - 3:00pm EST or later. Upon full payment you will receive the door code.

CHECK-OUT - Check out time is 11:00 am EST. Please return key to key box and leave the other two sets on the kitchen island.

CANCELLATION - Deposits are refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival and subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable within the 60 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival is subject to a forfeiture of all monies paid unless we are able to re-rent the property. We also reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to unforeseen circumstances in which a full refund will be issued.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - This is to ensure that the condition of the premises, furniture, and other accessories, is the same on departure as it was on the arrival of the tenant. On departure, the cottage must be left clean, if extra cleaning is required (ex: cleaning of mattresses, couch, furniture, etc.) that is above what the cleaning crew is required to clean, then the cost of such cleaning will be deducted from your deposit. (If there are any damages at the cottage upon arrival that you have concerns about, please email or call us with details)
Upon verification of the premises on departure the deposit will be returned by cheque or email bank transfer or an amount will be used to cover damages if any. The tenant must leave the premises clean.
