NOTES WEEKLY SUMMER HIGH-SEASONAL RENTALS: FRIDAY - FRIDAY PAYMENT - A 50% deposit of total rental price is to be made upon reservation of the cottage. Amount stated above. The balance plus a $500 security deposit is to be paid by a post dated check at the time of the reservation for 30 days prior to arrival. Personal cheques are accepted, (in the name of Dan Hope) if received no later than the above required payment dates. Payment can be made by personal cheque, or bank transfer. Rentals with payments not paid as due are not guaranteed and subject to cancellation. CHECK-IN - 3:00pm EST or later. Upon full payment you will receive the key code. CHECK-OUT - Check out time is 11:00 am EST. Please return key to key box and leave the other two sets on the kitchen island. CANCELLATION - Deposits are refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival and subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable within the 60 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival is subject to a forfeiture of all monies paid unless we are able to re-rent the property. We also reserve the right to cancel any reservations due to unforeseen circumstances in which a full refund will be issued. SECURITY DEPOSIT - This is to ensure that the condition of the premises, furniture, and other accessories, is the same on departure as it was on the arrival of the tenant. On departure, the cottage must be left clean, if extra cleaning is required (ex: cleaning of mattresses, couch, furniture, etc.) that is above what the cleaning crew is required to clean, then the cost of such cleaning will be deducted from your deposit. | Nana's Cabin is great. We stayed for a month and enjoyed every minute of it.
The view is remarkable as are the sunsets. It has a southwestern exposure which every cottager wants. The sand beach makes it ideal for little ones.

| We are a family of 4 adults, 2 small children and a well behaved dog. We rent a cottage every year and Nana's Cabin was the best! Rebecca and Dan responded to our questions in a timely manner and were so easy to deal with. The cottage itself is beautiful. It is modern and yet still retains the cottage feel. The large windows provide lots of light and wonderful views. The waterfront is ideal for children and the water is clear with a hard sand bottom. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Rebecca, thank you for being so accommodating and understanding. We had a wonderful, fun filled week at your cottage and look forward to renting it again.

| Our family had a wonderful time at Nana's Cabin. It felt like home and we were welcomed like so with a letter board. The cabin is situated on the most perfect spot and is walking distance to the town. We were fortunate to have sun for three days straight and we watched beautiful sunsets every night. It only rained on check out day. The cabin was clean and spacious (we were a family of 7 adults, 1 child and our dog). We hope to come back next summer or even during winter! | My boyfriend and I stayed here for just a weekend but we wished we had stayed longer. What a beautiful place. I can't say enough good things about it. The sunsets and sun rises on the water are stunning, the cottage is cozy & clean and stocked with everything you need, the beds are comfy and the location is perfect. We will be back again! | We took our two young boys to Dorset for a short getaway and booked Nana's Cabin for the first time. Time at the lake is always amazing, but this cottage made our mini vacation even better. It was sparkling clean upon arrival, the communication from owners was detailed and informative, decorated very nicely and best of all, the two beds we used were super comfortable (sometimes hard to find at a cottage rental). The sandy beach and clean shallow lake entry were perfect for our two little ones who went swimming despite the cold weather we had while there. Short walk to the town. We would absolutely rent again. Thank you for all the nice little touches for our family!
