| We were very grateful to be able to book this cottage at the last minute. The place is very spacious with lots of beds, enough to accommodate our 3 families. It's very clean, modern and the kitchen is fully stocked. It is within walking distance to Grand beach and half a block away from local businesses, including restaurants, gift shop and mini golf?
We had a wonderful time and will likely come back next year.

| From the minute I booked the cabin (back in March as his place is highly desirable) Chris was very quick to reply to my emails with any questions I had. So with that great first impression I decided to book my brother's stag party with him.
When we arrived we were greeted with a fairly large cabin with many bedrooms, comfy beds, very nice hot tub and spacious back deck. The weekend was a blast, would forsure recommend this placeto anyone looking to stay in Grand Beach area.

| We had a wonderful weekend in this cottage with a group of friends.
The cabin is spacious and modern, you will find everything you need in terms of supplies. The location is very nice and quiet, very relaxing.
Chris was very accommodating and responsive which made it easy to organize our stay, thank you very much!

| Very spacious. The owner is very responsive and it assisted in providing a great experience. Cottage was clean and had all the essentials needed for a great time. Bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Lots of outdoor space including patio's out front and back. Hot tub was in excellent condition and clean ready to go! Highly recommend this place!

| We were looking to have a bachelor party but were finding it hard to accommodate the amount of people we had in mind with different places in the area. Talking to Chris he was very open about it and mentioned he had hosted other bachelor parties in the past at his place and never at any point did he question us or back out of what we had planned. The communication back and fourth was great and was easy to get a hold of, if there was any problems or concerns we had. The place was great with multiple beds and a lot of room that never felt crammed it was also quite new and not at all dungy the hot tub was a great bonus. With local bars in the area at Potenza's and the sandbar made for a good time as well as the locals in the area are all great/friendly people which made the experience fun as well. Golf courses 15 minutes away that were a great add on. As long as you treat this place like it's yours and follow the rules it's a great place and we had no problems at all. Couldn't haven't asked for a better host and rental property!
