We have the perfect spot for you! Located a leisurely 2 minute walk from the main beach, parks, pier, restaurants, and entertainment venues this beautiful, 1500 square foot, fully renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage is perfectly situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Port Stanley, Ontario. For your comfort the cottage is fully insulated and has both a furnace and air conditioning installed. Two off-street parking spaces are included. A fully stocked kitchen with a full size fridge, full size stove, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, electric mixer, griddle, pots, pans, and cutlery await your culinary expertise. Rogers WiFi and cable TV are available. Two bedrooms with a Queen size bed, and a bedroom with a set of bunk beds round out the sleeping accommodations for six people. Bed linens are provided for your stay. On-site washer and dryer for convenience. Note: Port Stanley is a quaint community in the Municipality of Central Elgin, Ontario, Elgin County, on the north shore of Lake Erie at the mouth of Kettle Creek. In 2016, it had a population of 2,148. During the summer months Port Stanley's Main, Little, and Erie Rest beaches are teeming with people eager to soak up the sun, enjoy a dip in Lake Erie, and enjoy the shops. The location is unbeatable. It's nestled on a quiet side street just a block away from the sandy shores of Lake Erie. You get the best of both worlds?proximity to the beach without the hustle and bustle of beachfront traffic. Perfect for those lazy mornings and sunset strolls.
The cottage itself is a gem. Decorated in a lovely beach theme, it's like stepping into a seaside retreat. Everything is thoughtfully arranged and super cozy. Plus, it's fully equipped with all the essentials, so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your vacation.
Mark, the host, deserves a shout-out too. He's always been responsive and helpful, whether it's recommending local hotspots or making sure we have everything we need for a comfortable stay. It's clear he takes pride in making guests feel welcome.
Port Stanley itself is a dreamy little village with so much to offer. From boutique shops and art galleries to delicious dining options and live theatre, there's something for everyone here. And don't miss the historic King George VI Lift Bridge?it's a piece of Ontario history!

| This owner goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is memorable. He leaves coffe, sugar, spices so that if you forgot something your okay for a day or two. The cottage itself is beautifully decorate in a beach theme. It's within walking distance to everything from the beach to the theater. The smell of Broderick's invites you for a nightly ice-creme. Thanks Mark for a great stay we have already booked for next year. It's a real gem.

| We enjoyed a lovely last minute family stay at Mark's cottage on Bessie. The cottage is in a great location, making walk ability to the beach and village easily accessible for young and old. The cottage is very tastefully decorated, had all the amenities as advertised and is well maintained. We appreciated Mark checking in with us and his recommendation for a great family restaurant for dinner (a 1 minute walk) was the perfect way to begin our weekend. We would absolutely recommend staying at Mark's cottage to our family and friends.

| I stayed at this cottage for a quick last minute getaway. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and very well stocked. It was a tastefully decorated open concept cottage with plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor patio had two sitting areas which sat 10 people easily. There was also a fire table for the cool nights. The beach, pier, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. I hope to enjoy it again next year!

| Amazing cottage. Neighbours are very friendly and helpful. Cottage was impeccable. Centrally located which was nice. Everywhere was walking distance. There was no need to drive. We hope to come back next year. So much fun.
