Beachfront in Tiny, lovely beach, Southern Georgian Bay (between Balm Beach and Ossossane)

This waterfront, all-season unit a custom built house (good privacy, owners may occupy the upper unit with separate entrance, owners don't share beachfront facilities) is located on the sandy beach facing south-west with nothing but waters of Georgian Bay to the horizon.
The sandy beach in the front is about 15 feet deep and is within our property boundaries. The water is shallow near the shore but there are some rocks and wearing water shoes is recommended.
You can walk or jog for a mile along the spectacular and wide sandy beach towards Balm Beach.
We're in the old cottage area, surrounded by nature, amidst spectacular oaks, white and red pines. It's peaceful and quiet throughout the year. There is no public parking or public beaches in the vicinity of our cottage. The wide sandy beach to the north towards Balm Beach is enjoyed by locals. Water to the horizon views and spectacular sunsets from inside the open concept living space or from the patio and the deck are yours to enjoy.

Amenities include: kitchen with stainless appliances, incl. dishwasher, Rogers Ignite TV and unlimited 250 Mbps wi-fi, wood burning fireplace, ample parking, canoe, kayak, patio furniture and BBQ.

- 30 KM to Muskoka;
- 22 KM to Wasaga Beach;
- 10 KM to Midland;

Interior:
The spacious (1,200 sq. feet) three bedroom unit with a separate entrance has an open concept living area, a well equipped kitchen, a wood burning fire place and a four-piece bath. All bedrooms have good privacy, they are non-adjacent. The place has a cozy cottagy feel to it. There are two leather sofas in the living area. Up to six people can stay comfortably. The house was built in 2007, it features central air with AC, the heat exchange unit and central dehumidifier.
