Welcome to THE SANDWOOD MUSKOKA, a brand new build on beautiful 3 Mile Lake. THE SANDWOOD MUSKOKA is every parent's dream for a family vacation with babies/toddlers/children! With a sandy shallow entry off an almost flat property and a large beach, this location is sure to satisfy everyone.
THE SANDWOOD MUSOKA is a four-season cottage: fully insulated, winterized, with central heat as well as a large beautiful propane fireplace. Enjoy all the activities in and around Muskoka and at the end of the day, have a family campfire lakeside or a fun games night inside the cottage. In the summer time, enjoy the night air, mosquito free in the large screened in room with a perfect view of the water.
WINTER STAY: Enjoy the famous Arrowhead ice skating trail, dog sledding, downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, holiday festivities and winter carnivals!
SUMMER TIME FUN: swimming, shopping, dining, golf, and so much more! THE SANDWOOD MUSKOKA is equipped with two kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a large water mat, outdoor games and beach toys.
THE COTTAGE: The cottage is a brand new build completed October 2018. It features central air conditioning, central heat, and a propane fireplace. Entertain and enjoy family time with the dining room, kitchen and living room all open to one another. Have a big family? No problem. This kitchen island is 12ft long and has six bars stools to enjoy your morning breakfast at. The cottage is tastefully decorated and with things being updated as needed. Want to read a book? We've got you covered. Have little kids that don't want to watch tv? There is a large bin of toys provided to play with. Lots of board games and cards to get the whole family together. The deck outside spans the entire length of the cottage providing great views of both the lake and your little ones playing down on the beach.

All bed linens are provided. Guest to bring their own beach towels.

| We just got back from an amazing 1 week stay at The Sandwood Muskoka. The cottage was immaculate when we arrived, and I have very standards. The cottage itself is recently renovated and perfect for up to 10 people. It's everything you would want in a cottage. Lots of beach toys, life jackets, cottage games, 2 kayaks and 2 stand up paddle boards. The water around the dock is shallow and has a graduated entry for kids to play and swim. There is a creek beside the sandy entry which was actually great for catching minnows and frogs. This was a true Muskoka experience for a week. I highly recommend it.

| We just got back from a wonderful March Break at this beautiful cottage! This is our third time renting here because we love it so much! It has everything we need; comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, and breath taking views. The host is easy and friendly to communicate with, and the cottage is located close to lots of fun activities! Waking up each morning to the stunning view of the sunrise is my favourite part. We will definitely be back.

| Truly a winter wonderland! This place is absolutely amazing! More than accommodated our group of 10; with beds and kitchenwares, with brand new pots. Place is top notch! Kids and adults had an amazing time! Host was more than amazing to deal with. Wonderful welcome when we got there and quick with tips for the area and cottage life.
