NOTE FOR 2025 and 2026 SEASONS
We have now fully rented the cottage for the five available weeks this season. We will be renting the cottage again in 2026 for a total of five weeks. The rental season is June-September. A $400 deposit against the $1.750 weekly rate is required. A summary cottage description follows below.
Spacious, all pine tongue-and-groove Four Seasons cottage located in Orrville's scenic, rustic northern setting. Well appointed and clean.
Ideal, elevated vantage point over clean, quiet Sugar Lake. Shallow walk out for young children in sheltered cove. Tiered deck. Gorgeous floor-to-ceiling local granite fireplace. Cottage guide, which includes information about surrounding area and cottage delights, provided to all renters.
Cottage has single-channel analog TV reception, Blu Ray DVD and VCR. Voice and data connectivity through the local network is good. We expect to have the new Cogeco wifi service in 2026. The TV is a “smart” TV.
Three bedrooms sleep six: main has queen bed, the other two bedrooms each have two singles (one has perpendicular bunk arrangement for children or adults with ladder and safety railing)
Note about pets: Sorry, but we are only able to accommodate non-shedding pets.
Note about smoking: Given the all-pine construction, we are not able to accommodate smokers. Regrets.
