Beautiful cottage on Crystal Lake, located near Kinmount. One of the cleanest and prettiest lakes in the Kawartha's, in the Province of Ontario, Canada. Less than a 2 hour drive from the GTA. This water front property is located in a quiet bay with crystal clean water right off the end of the dock. Conditions are perfect for swimming, fishing and all water sports or simply relaxing. Lots of privacy on the big cottage lot. Beautiful sunsets can be witnessed at the end of the bay. Cottage Includes; a canoe with paddles, 2 kayaks, BBQ, wood stove, firepit, dock and large cottage deck facing the water. Kitchen complete with all the necessities; full fridge with freezer, stove, and a microwave. Bathroom was newly renovated for the 2022 season with a walk in shower. New water system installation in 2023, so that you can drink the water. Bookings are flexible; daily, weekends, and weekly rates available. Haliburton Forest Wolf Centre and Haliburton Forest Wildlife Reserve are 1 hour drive from the cottage. Sir Sam's Ski Resort is 1 hour drive from the cottage The Victoria Recreation Corridor is a rail trail that stretches from Lindsay, Ontario to Kinmount Ontario. It is 55 km in length. The trail is used year-round for hiking, horseback riding, cycling, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. | Well, another wonderful week at what feels like our "home away from home" this past week, which went way too fast as usual (we never want to leave)! We have been coming to this cottage on beautiful Crystal Lake for many years (at least 15) and wouldn't consider any other cottage, EVER! I can't say enough about the beautiful lake, the cottage itself, the location and of course the superb hosts, Ron and Mandy, who will quickly become, not just hosts, but friends as well. They truly do everything in their power to make your stay at their lovely cottage so memorable and warm and will make you want to return again and again! If you are lucky enough to spend a week or two here, I can guarantee you will make amazing memories. If you are considering booking here, don't wait, just do it. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again, Ron and Mandy for another superb week and we can't wait to do it all over again. My grandson has not stopped talking about it and neither can we! .

| We have spent the last few years enjoying a girls weekend at Ron and Mandy's cottage, always a fabulous time!! A fantastic spot on a beautiful lake, cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a great deck for morning coffee. Highly recommend spending some time at this cottage and embracing the cottage life. Ron and Mandy are wonderful and attentive to your cottage needs always up for a laugh!

| What an amazing week we had at this cottage! Thank you Ron and Mandy for letting us to be your "neighbors" for a week! If you are a group of 6 and looking for a beautiful lake to swim and to have a true cottage experience, you HAVE to book this cottage!
We loved it and would highly recommend it to others. To be honest, we start looking for cottages a year in advance and this year it was a big challenge to find what we wanted. This cottage was not on the top of our list because of no A/C, only 1 washroom and it was further than we prefer, but we still went for it due to low inventory and no availability and booked it as our last cottage trip out of 3 (this summer). Surprisingly, it was THE best and the most memorable cottage experience in the last 2 years!!! The lake is so beautiful and great for swimming! Our first few days the temperature was a bit cooler and we were missing some sunshine on the deck and didn't go swimming but the rest of the week when it was crazy hot, the dock became the best chilling spot with no heat. The cottage has everything to offer. Lots of games, books (oh that book collection! I could stay there for months just because of it). And the biggest concern, not having A/C, actually was not an issue at all!!! The cottage has lots of fans and we brought some more that we didn't even use much. Overall, adults loved it, kids loved it and we would definitely consider going back!

| We were fortunate enough to find Ron and Mandy's cottage the first year they rented and have gone back ever since! Crystal Lake is gorgeous and clean, with lots of great inlets for day tripping in the kayak. The town of Kinmount is close by for anything you need (or if you just feel like ice cream). The cottage itself is always clean and cozy with the owners making improvements year over year. Highly recommend for a relaxing time away from the city!!

| We loved every moment of our stay! Ron and Mandy´s cottage is very cute and extremely well kept, everything was spotless and prepared for our arrival. It is also well equipped to supply for all necesites and to keep you entertained.
Outside is beautiful, the cottage is right on the water, and it has an upper and lower deck, perfect to chase the sun all day and for swimming! It has canoes and kayaks to explore beautiful Crystal Lake. It also has a fire fit.
Highly recommend, Ron, Mandy and their son Nicholas are amazing hosts. They live next door and are very helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks for having us, would definitely like to visit again!!
