This Rustic 3 bedroom cottage, has 1 bathroom, sleeps 6 or 7. Fully furnished for your vacation. Rowboat, paddleboat, kayaks and paddleboards are all included.
The location of this cottage is very renter friendly, located just North of Owen Sound , population of about 25000 , big enough for 5 grocery stores, a mall, Hospital, 8 plex movie theatre, and many restaurants from an East Side Mario's , Kelsey's . Montana's, real treat the sweet water restaurant at Cobble Beach is 8 minutes away, Joe Tomatoes, 2 Macdonald s and Wendys, 5-6 Tim Horton's with 5 major Banks. You can access all of these or just spend time around the Lake, making memories !!!!
The lake itself is 25 feet deep in the deepest part, this cottage has sandy gentle entry and and a nice dock. The cottage itself offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath room , a large generous kitchen and family room , the cottage is located close to the lake, one renter said "looking out the front window
gave them the feeling they where on a house boat"
