Stunning and recently updated very private large cottage on 3 acres on secluded bay geared to large families, multiple families or couples. Nature abounds on the island- watch deer on the front lawn and a wide variety of birds overhead. A number of attractions on the island including Sandy Bay Conservation area which has a great trail leading to a stunning beach area with a very gradual entry into the water.

| We have held our family reunion here twice, and have already booked again. The house is beautiful and spacious while still feeling homey. The main kitchen is incredibly well equipped (there is a second one as well). There are many indoor and outdoor common areas that are great for meals, games and relaxing. We enjoy playing pickleball on the concrete pad and croquet on the lawn. The hosts are very responsive and there is a caretaker nearby if needed. The location is ideal for our cross-border family as there are ferries to Wolfe Island from both Canada and the US.

| We love this cottage!
It is such a beautiful place for us to be together and make magical memories. The kitchen is lovely and functional. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. There is plenty of room to play games, do crafts and enjoy each others company but also have little nooks to hide away for quiet and solitude. Fishing, reading, swimming, campfires, board games, guitar - a marvelous time was had by all.
