On the shores of Muskrat Lake, this wonderful newly built house is nestled in amongst mature trees with a bubbling brook running through the property.
Relax in this cozy, modern house and take in the breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy campfires under a starry sky on a sandy beach. Off of a private road, this property has a great waterfront with a shallow sandy walkout to deep water. Muskrat Lake is a great lake for fishing all types of fish; an anglers paradise.
This spacious cottage boasts cathedral ceilings with an open concept and lots of natural light from the abundance of windows.
A loft is where you will find a large master bedroom with a beautiful full ensuite bathroom. The spacious living room includes a pull out sofabed, a second full size sofa,and a cozy stone electric fireplace.
The kitchen is spacious and modern with a fridge, stove, dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and other small appliances and great views of the water.
There are 2 full bathrooms.
A separate laundry room with washer and dryer. As well as a full wrap around deck over looking the dock and the lake.
A fire pit, dock, BBQ and patio furniture are all available on site for you to enjoy. A canoe, paddle boat and a kayak are also available for you to use. WiFi is available as well.

Loft bedroom, which includes a queen size bed and a spectacular view of the lake. A full ensuite in the loft compliments this room.
Main Floor Bedroom includes a double bed with a single bed "trundle" on bottom as well as a window overlooking the creek. In the living room there is a double pullout sofa bed.

Minutes away from the village of Cobden, Whitewater rafting, Logos Land Water Park, (zip lining and waterslides). Also a golf course nearby, The Oaks of Cobden Golf Course.
There is a municipaly maintained boat launch.
Cobden Ontario is nestled in the Ottawa Valley. It is approximately an hour from Ottawa, Ontario. It is 30 minutes from the city of Pembroke and 30 minutes from the town of Renfrew. Great shopping in both Renfrew and Pembroke. The Ottawa Valley has many tourist attractions such as Whitewater rafting, horseback riding, Bonnechere Caves, distinct shops and restaurants..
