Clean and easy to clean, comfortable sectional reclining coach surrounded by windows. One bedroom with a Queen Size bed and the other bedroom with a queen size bunkbed, Double on the top. Note: Dog Lake is located off of Battersea Road (County Road 11) east of the village of Battersea in Frontenac County. The lake is part of the Rideau River Canal system. a number of streams flow into Dog Lake. Water flows into Cranberry Lake via Fiddler's Elbow on the southeast side of the lake. he lake consists of several basins connected by a couple of narrows. | Fantastic stay here July 2025. Came as a family of 3, boy of 15.
Fishing is great, tons of sunfish, bass, catfish. Great for kids who like to fish. Lots of frogs, turtles and more.
Swimming off the dock can happen if you don't mind reeds (we didn't) we rowed out and swam where it was deeper, no problem.
Rowboat available to fish in areas further away.
Owners are super nice and flexible. Beautiful scenery. Very happy overall

| Charming cottage on Dog Lake in a quiet bay. Easy access to the Rideau system via neighbouring lakes. Kids had a blast with the kayaks and spent many evenings fishing from them. Dog Lake provided us endless opportunities for bass fishing, boating and tubing. The cottage has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Enjoyed many camp fires each evening. Donna & Ivica were great to deal with, addressed questions we had very promptly and even met us on site at check in to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay! Thank you for a wonderful week. We hope to be back again next year!

| Everything that Donna describes from our stay was excellent .Great spot and the cottage is very well kept and lots of new amenities. The dock was big enough to accommodate more than one person if you want to fish and location is very easy to access and the whole place including outdoors is very carefully kept. Would definitely recommend to any family that wants a nice getaway for a week or maybe just a 3 day weekend. Thx again Donna ,
