We purchased this serene property at the end of a private lane because of the prime waterfront, quality custom home and amazing sunsets on one of the best lakes in South Frontenac (lawn slopes towards lake). We've fallen in love with the views, the enchanted forest and crystal clear, spring-fed water. And we can't wait to share it with families who value making special memories. Lazy Loon Lakehouse brings the outside in. The main level includes a master king bedroom with walkout to the deck and ensuite with walk-in closet and new 65" Smart TV, and another bedroom with bunk beds (twins). Enjoy sunset views in the open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The walkout area also includes a full bathroom and 33ft long games room with a new 65" Smart TV, ping pong table, foosball table and dart board. The only carpet is on the staircase and unlike other cottages, this super clean home also includes a HEPA filter air system. Unlimited wifi included. Central AC is included.
Outside you'll enjoy pure privacy with trees on either side, 10 Muskoka chairs and a stone firepit with free firewood. At the water's edge you have a deck, a massive cedar dock with a ladder, an 8'x8' cedar swim raft with ladder and excellent weed-free swimming.

Wolfe Lake is one of the cleanest and best lakes for fishing in the area. You can also rent power boats on Wolfe Lake.
Lazy Loon Lakehouse is in the perfect location. Cottage privacy, but only 10 minutes from the scenic town of Westport which includes lots of shopping, beer store, liquor store, pharmacy and an awesome grocery store, restaurants, bakeries and of course several ice cream stores. Guests also enjoy new fibre, high-speed internet (100MB upload and download).
Also 10 minutes away is a winery and Foley Mountain Conservation Area. The lovely town of Perth is a 30 minute drive with Kingston a scenic 50 minute drive.

| Amazing location, facility and host. The lake views were amazing with beautiful sunsets and crystal clear water. The cottage had all the amenities you could think of and the hostess was very responsive and attentive to every detail, leaving nothing to chance. Highly recommend this cottage and we will absolutely return for a week next year!

| Our family recently returned to the Lazy Loon Lakehouse on Wolfe Lake just outside of Westport, Ontario, this time for a long weekend. We have fallen in love with the cottage, with its spacious layout and family-centric design that promotes tranquility and relaxation. The many amenities and facilities available at the Lakehouse provide options that everyone enjoys - be it fishing, kayaking, swimming, reading and relaxing on docks, hammocks, decks or indoors on the comfortable chairs and sofas. The kitchen is well-designed and stocked with everything a chef could ask for, and the bar-b-q and rear deck make it simple and enjoyable to dine outdoors, as we did in the evenings. We have always had a wonderful family stay whenever we rented the Lakehouse from our hostess Ernesta, and she is very kind, considerate and conscientious in all her dealings with us. And we were delighted and thankful to receive a nice welcoming surprise this time around of a card and wine and cheese! We will certainly return to the Lazy Loon Lakehouse in future!

| The house of Ernesta is really wonderful; with an amazing view on the lake, it is really a peaceful setting to relax and enjoy nature.
Even though the water was still cold, we did swim in the lake and really enjoyed it.
The house has everything you could wish for and more :-). I especially appreciated the great cooking pots and pans, as I love cooking.
Ernesta was also really friendly and responsive. We hope to be back one day!
