You'll enjoy the row boat, four kayaks, luxurious cedar dock and swim raft with ladders. The massive games room with ping pong, foosball and darts and large screen TV lets everyone have fun, regardless of your age. And if you cherish downtime, you'll be happy you came - this place was designed for relaxing. We purchased this serene property at the end of a private lane because of the prime waterfront, quality custom home and amazing sunsets on one of the best lakes in South Frontenac (lawn slopes towards lake). We've fallen in love with the views, the enchanted forest and crystal clear, spring-fed water. And we can't wait to share it with families who value making special memories. Lazy Loon Lakehouse brings the outside in. The main level includes a master king bedroom with walkout to the deck and ensuite with walk-in closet and new 65" Smart TV, and another bedroom with bunk beds (twins). Enjoy sunset views in the open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The walkout area also includes a full bathroom and 33ft long games room with a new 65" Smart TV, ping pong table, foosball table and dart board. The only carpet is on the staircase and unlike other cottages, this super clean home also includes a HEPA filter air system. Unlimited wifi included. Central AC is included.
Outside you'll enjoy pure privacy with trees on either side, 12 Muskoka chairs and a stone firepit with free firewood. At the water's edge you have a deck, a massive cedar dock with a ladder, an 8'x8' cedar swim raft with ladder and excellent weed-free swimming.

Lazy Loon Lakehouse is in the perfect location. Cottage privacy, but only 10 minutes from the scenic town of Westport which includes lots of shopping, beer store, liquor store, pharmacy and an awesome grocery store, restaurants, bakeries and of course several ice cream stores.
Also 10 minutes away is a winery and Foley Mountain Conservation Area. The lovely town of Perth is a 30 minute drive with Kingston a scenic 50 minute drive.

| Clean and very comfortable cottage fully equipped and with a wonderful garden and own waterfront. Very calm area where nature gently touches the heart. The communication with Ernesta was very efficient and the highest appreciation to Ernesta and team to allow us to visit this pearl of the Ontario cottages. I recommend with greatest confidence. This was one of the best Vacations I ever had---I say this having had the opportunity to travel six continents and countless countries in my life...

| We returned to Lazy Loon Lakehouse this summer and were so happy we did! Other properties have disappointed. This property is spacious, well appointed and spotless, permitting both togetherness & seclusion indoors & out. Nothing has been forgotten - the hosts have been very thoughtful about creating a true refuge. We particularly love the waterfront & the beautiful surroundings including the abundance of wildlife. | A lovely relaxing stay in a beautifully appointed Lakehouse with all the amenities.The addition of pantry supplies makes those last moment forgotten necessities a grateful reprieve.
The beds are extremely comfortable. The linens are beautifully soft.The games area was well used by 4 teenagers. The kayaks were well used especially in the early quiet mornings.
Loons,turkey.deer,fox and families of blue jays- absolutely wonderful.
Ernesta is immediately responsive to any issue and a pleasure to work with.

| What a great place! Beautiful private property, clean, crystal clear waters. Excellent view of the water, clean, quiet and private. The lazy Loon lakehouse really checked all the boxes. Plenty of stuff to do with darts, ping pong table, foosball, fishing, swimming and a golf course within 5 mins of the place. Had a great experience and hope to go back again next year. | Amazing location, facility and host. The lake views were amazing with beautiful sunsets and crystal clear water. The cottage had all the amenities you could think of and the hostess was very responsive and attentive to every detail, leaving nothing to chance. Highly recommend this cottage and we will absolutely return for a week next year!
