| We stayed at this cottage on Waterlilly Island for 2 weeks in July 2026. This beautiful private island cottage and its equally beautiful guest house are simply divine and perfect in every way. The premises are spotless, and the wonderful covered outdoor kitchen, the covered seating area with electric screens that come down over the area and hot tub surpassed all expectations. We could enjoy long evenings without any mosquitoes. Both the main cottage and guest house have AC, with comfortable beds and pillows. Any questions we had were responded to immediately. The docking is in deep waters on the outside, permitting guests with larger boats to visit. The island is a haven for birds, ducks, geese and swans, while located immediately across a large channel where we could observe the boats go by and the local cruise ships. As the cottage is on a point, there are waterviews all around. We were in proximity of some of the most beautiful islands in the St. Lawrence, as well as Gananoque, a short boat trip away to go have a bite or replenish provisions. We can't say enough about this property and how much we enjoyed our stay. We will return next year!

| This is our second year coming back and stay even longer than the first year. And we have already pre booked again for 2024. Can't ask for a better location. Perfect size cottage with guest house. Lots of room! The cottage has everything that you need to enjoy yourself and the view is awesome! The cleaners do amazing job each week. Ron the Property Manager is great to deal with. Great Service all around!

| This place is awesome! We only had this place rented for 1 week. And when we got here, within 2 days we ended up renting it for 3 weeks in total. If your looking for a higher end cottage and a prime location on the water. This is the place to stay at! Both Ron and James are awesome to deal with. The cottage is very well built and everything is very new! And the waterfront landscaping is very well done! It's very hard to leave this place once you get here. We already pre booked for the 2023 season!

| We had a really great time during our stay. Cottage is in immaculate condition and has all the amenities. Bonus - you get to see wildlife of all sorts including a deer running through the backyard, a family of mink and some beautiful swans! The hosts and Ron were fantastic and communication was easy. Highly recommend, and we anticipate staying on Waterlily Island again soon!

| What a great find! Exceeded expectations. Highly recommend. Felt like we were the first to use the oven and BBQ ... the place was extremely clean. Location is excellent too being so close to town. We will be back!
