Amazing opportunity to create lifelong memories in a year round cottage in the heart of beautiful Muskokas. Situated on 125 ft of Lake Muskoka shoreline, Muskoka Charm offers sought after privacy and picturesque scenery. This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is less than 8km to the Wharf and downtown Gravenhurst. Highlights include a stunning kitchen with quartz counter tops and breakfast bar overlooking the dining and living areas, soaring vaulted ceilings, floor to ceiling windows that soak in the natural sunlight, and oversized patio doors opening out onto an expansive lakeside deck. This is sure to be your favourite space - morning and night. The main floor features a bedroom and 2 piece guest bathroom. The upper level provides two large master bedrooms and adjacent 4 piece bathroom. The lower walkout level provides a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed (Double and twin) plus a trundle under bunk, a generously sized family room with a propane fireplace and a cozy wood stove, plus additional recreational space. The lakefront has a slope and stairs down to the flattened shoreline. The entry into the lake is shallow and sandy the first 5 ft from the shoreline, then sloping into the lake. The lake is 15 ft deep at the end of a 32 ft private dock. A canoe and kayak are provided for you to explore the lake. Public boat access at the Wharf in Gravenhurst.

| We stayed at Muskoka Charm in Summer 2026. The cottage itself is attractive and in a nice location, but there were several issues that made the stay disappointing, especially considering the price.
The biggest drawback is that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms. During hot summer days and nights, the rooms became extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. To make matters worse, the main air conditioning system stopped working for two days during our stay, which made the heat throughout the cottage even more difficult to tolerate.
We also encountered what appeared to be a rodent in the basement, which was concerning.
Aside from those issues, the cottage is nice and has a lot of potential. However, given the lack of bedroom air conditioning, the temporary loss of the main A/C, and the rodent issue, we didn't feel the experience offered good value for the price. With a few improvements, it could be a much better rental, but based on our experience, it wasn't worth the cost

We appreciate your compliments regarding our location and design, and we are sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. We would like to respond to your concerns and identify the measures we have taken regarding the issues you raised: Air Conditioning Timeline: We take maintenance seriously. I was notified of the issue at 6:00 PM on a statutory holiday and had a technician repair the system by noon the following day—within 18 hours, rather than the two days mentioned. I was deeply disappointed by the failure, especially since the unit had been completely serviced just two weeks before your arrival, making the sudden Freon shortage a surprise to both the technician and myself. Bedroom Cooling: Historically, guests have never raised concerns about the temperature in the bedrooms. However, because the main A/C unit was low on Freon prior to the technician's arrival, this temporary drop in system efficiency would affect the temperatures throughout the entire cottage. Pest Control: While I have never had a guest report a pest issue at the property, Muskoka Charm is located in a wilderness setting, and it is possible for a mouse or chipmunk to slip inside if doors are left open to the outside. We do take measures and leave mouse traps and bait in secure locations, as many cottager owners do. We did inspect the basement immediately after your departure to ensure the space remains completely rodent free. Your feedback helps us maintain a high standard for future guests. | The stay at this cottage was fantastic. Our family had an amazing time at this luxurious cottage. The location and scenery this cottage offers surpassed all of our expectations. The inside of the cottage is super comfortable and clean; it offers a kitchen with many appliances and cozy bedrooms. The indoor was fantastic but the outdoors really blew us away. From the amazing fire pit to the various water sports, there was never a dull moment. In the evenings, we enjoyed the newly build hot-tub overseeing the beautiful lake scenery. We will definitely be back!

| I celebrated a milestone birthday at this beautiful cottage, Muskoka Charm, which is a gem and a rare find. My family and I were completely captivated by the beauty and luxuries of this place. It surpassed all our expectations! We loved everything about this cottage and the abundance it offers!
The property is perfectly situated and has stunning panoramic views of Lake Muskoka. From the cottage, deck, and dock, views of the lake are breathtaking and picturesque. We loved waking up and watching the sunrise, enjoyed beautiful sunsets over the lake, and sat around the campfire during the evenings. The cottage is extremely spacious and fully equipped with all comforts. It has a beautiful modern kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and an extensive deck. The place is immaculate, has gorgeous finishes, many thoughtful touches, and is very well maintained. What we also appreciated is that it is in a prime location close to many local attractions and nearby towns.
We have already planned our next vacation at Muskoka Charm and excited about experiencing other seasons on this beautiful property. More upgrades and amenities have been added since our stay. We look forward to spending time in the new three-season Muskoka Room and outdoor hot tub during our next visit!

| The cottage was great! It was a beautiful place with a nice and clean cottage. The place had a beautiful view and a great place for a big family like us. The owner was nice and caring and we enjoyed our stay. We will absolutely rent this cottage once we come back.
