Balsam Lake Escape with all the comforts of home

Beautiful year round lake home right on beautiful and pristine Balsam Lake. Enjoy almost 600 sq ft of dock with crystal clear water located on a shallow sand bar. This meticulously kept home has oak floors throughout and two full bathrooms. Front bedroom has new king Casper bed. Along with Central Air Conditioning each room has its own remote control ceiling fan. Second large bedroom has new and very comfortable queen and a single over double bunk bed. There are also two other futon mattresses that can used also where necessary.

Sit on the back deck and enjoy the yard or get right out into the sun and onto the lake and large dock. Lakefront is on a sand bar so jump right in. Lake depth ranges from walk-in to about 3.5 feet at the end of the dock. Kayaks, paddle boards and canoe all available for use.

Fish right off the dock or venture out on the lake to see why so many come to this lake to fish. Dock can provide tie off with bumpers and tie down for your own boat.

Enjoy swimming in the lake and relaxing on the dock or in the hammock. If you have more energy take out a kayak, paddle board or paddle boat and then come back and relax on the dock. Large Napolean BBQ with direct connect to gas line makes for easy grilling. Tiki toss also set up near dock. Games and two flat screen TVs with satellite and hi speed internet for a rainy day.
