Welcome to our waterfront cottage. Great Swimming, Great Fishing, Great Family Vacation Spot! Enjoy a peaceful getaway at the cottage this summer with your family, kids, and friends. Elm Grove Cottages is located on the north shore of scenic Rice Lake near the mouth of the Otonabee River, a hotspot for fishing. Situated on 8 beautifully treed acres, Elm Grove offers our guests the opportunity to relax and enjoy a small slice of life on their terms. Whether it be fishing, swimming, waterskiing, tubing, hiking, sightseeing, sunbathing, sitting under a shade tree or just hanging out with friends ? we have it all. The cottage features a lavishly furnished 3beds + Den, spacious, high ceiling, open concept kitchen and family room with walk-out to deck overlooking the lake, and an un-obstructed view of the beautiful morning/ evening skyline. Yes, absolutely, there is unlimited wi-fi throughout the house, on the decks, and surrounding area.
The shoreline and water is WEED FREE with a stone bottom. The slope of the bottom is gradual and the depth of the water is about 5 feet at the end of the dock. The swimming is great. You can fish right off the dock.
We welcome friendly, trained dogs.

Check-in 4 pm, Check-out 11 am $1200/week 3 DAY LONG WEEKEND RENTAL: Check-in Friday 4 pm, Check-out Monday 11 am $900 for 3 nights 2 DAY WEEKEND RENTAL $650 Friday 4pm-Sunday 11am HOUSEKEEPING Guests may choose to pay housekeeping fee or leave the cottage in the clean and tidy condition in which you found it - $80 for weekend rental - $120 for weekly rental RESERVATION/DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION Deposit $250 - on receipt, a confirmation email is sent out. Deposit has to be done by e-transfer. Deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. | Had a wonderful stay with my family in this gorgeous cottage. Everything well exceeded my expectations and truly, the pictures don't do it justice - the cottage is beautiful, everything was clean and very well-maintained. It is very spacious for my family of 4. The view of lake in the morning is breathtaking and seeing how happy my father looked fishing on the dock makes me eager to come back next year!

| Nice waterfront cottage with beautiful sun rise view, can't ask for more. Very peaceful and relaxing sitting on the deck staring at the water view. Also the inside was very clean and cozy to stay. Price is pretty good including everything and thanks for the freebies. We all had a great time. Already planning to come back next year with my group. Definitely a 10/10 score. Love it.

| Second stay at this rental. Owner's communication through out both bookings was amazing. Place is super cute and clean! Tons of sleeping space for a family/friends. Waterfront location made for a beautiful stay and loved that there was a dock specific to this cottage. Will continue to book here in future :)
