This is our very own family cottage and we are looking for mature adults and families to enjoy it as much as we do. This property will not be rented to anyone looking for a "party place" as we have great neighbours and we want them to be respected at all times.
Fires & Fireworks on the beach are permitted as long as there are no fire bans and launched at dawn, nothing after 9PM.
ALL BEDROOM & BATHROOM LINENS ARE INCLUDED. KITCHEN IS FAIRLY WELL EQUIPPED WITH PLENTY OF DISHES, CUTLERY, BASIC POTS & PANS AND ONE AVERAGE SIZED POT FOR LOBSTER.
Our guests are responsible to do a broom cleaning prior to leaving the premises. This includes bringing the garbage & recyclables in the garage, having a wash done and in the dryer to ensure that our cleaning staff can accommodate our next guests. We want everyone to have a great stay!
