Hay Bay Getaways Cottage

There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom, a second queen bedroom, There is a two single beds and a futon bed in the spare bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized fridge and stove, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal inside or outside on the BBQ, 2 tables with seating inside for 8 and 2 picnic tables outside. The 3 piece bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet.

The large 16x16 deck sits out in the water with another 40 feet of docking space to park your water toys at, with an elegant large 12'x14' gazebo fully furnished to enjoy yourself from sunrises, morning coffee, reading, watching the kids play or morning yoga on the deck, right on the water. The deck is equipped with seating for 6 and room for extra chairs. It is in partial shade and full sun throughout the day. There is also a cement patio right outside the cottage door equipped with a 4 burner bbq and a fire pit just steps away along the waters edge. Camp firewood sold separately.

We are located on a quiet dead end road with only 6 cottages and we are the second in the row, so bring your bikes and enjoy the friendly quiet neighborhood. It is 15 minutes from the Glenora Ferry which gets you to Prince Edward County, the Sandbanks, Bloomfield's eclectic shops and the many wineries and micro breweries in the area, drive-in theater. It is only 45 minutes to downtown Kingston if you should fancy a night out or 45 mins to the Belleville shorelines casino, 15 mins to Napanee or 30 mins to picton. Both communities are also easily accessible by boat. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT DAYS ARE MONDAY. We also have a camper that sleeps 7 that is rented separately on the neighboring property with a separate dock, deck, bbq, clothesline, parking, but can be rented together with the cottage to accommodate larger groups as long as dates are available for both at that time.
