Greeted by expansive grounds and a welcoming two-storey 5 bedroom cottage on magnificent Manitouwabing Lake, a memorable time awaits you and your family just 2 1/ 2 hours from Toronto. Family Rentals Only.
Explore the peacefulness of Manitouwabing. With many species abundant such as bass, pickerel, perch and pike, there is top-notch FISHNG, clear waters are easily accessed from the large dock. Ideal for boat parking, sun bathing or lounging as well. A floating raft and 2-16 foot floating Lily Pads is also available. BOATING? With 3 pedal boats, 4 Kayaks and a canoe at your disposal, venture out on the lake and embark upon new discoveries. (Some life jackets available) Bring along your power boat for wake boarding, tubing, knee boarding, water skiing. (Boat launch available in McKeller) Lake Manitouwabing also has a water ski school if you would like to learn how to water ski or wake board.
Trips into town: In McKeller you will find a general store, LCBO, chip truck, ice cream, boat launch, town beach, plenty of boat parking at the town dock, public library with free WiFi, baseball diamond, volleyball court, multiple surrounding lakes, miles of groomed snowmobile trails and leisure walking trails. For your golfing pleasure, you can access the award winning Ridge at Manitou and its 5-star restaurant which is just minutes away. Parry Sound is just a 20 minute drive.
Inside the spacious cottage, the open concept kitchen, dining room, living area beckons family gatherings. A modern kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, built in microwave, ceramic flooring and custom cabinetry. Centring the dining room, is a large table with 10 chairs. The expansive living room/great room, with its high vaulted cathedral ceilings and warm, wooden walls envelopes you in comfortableness. Relax in front of the fireplace, settle into 1 of 3 comfy leather sofas or 2 lazy boy recliners and watch movies together on the 75" surround sound, blue tooth and i phone connection TV with VCR/ DVD combo. Scores of movies to choose from. A home stereo with i phone connection is also available to listen to your favorite music or the local radio station. A portable radio with rechargeable batteries available upon request.
On the main floor, you will find 3 rustic bedrooms, one with a walk out to the wrap around deck and a 4-piece bathroom. This bedroom has one queen bed and one double/single bunk combo. The second spacious bedroom has one queen bed. The third has one single bed and one single/single bunk combo. On the upper level, you will find the master bedroom and a fifth bedroom with king sized beds and a 3 piece bathroom.
The wrap around deck provides wonderful views of the lake and property, plenty of chairs to choose from and a BBQ on the deck. The expansive grass area to the waterfront is perfect for playing badminton, volley ball, horse shoes, frisbee or ball. Please note this cottage is for Family Rental Only Thanks.

| We stayed at this cottage and have only good things to say about it. It was VERY spacious and accommodated 10 adults comfortably. When the weather wasn't so nice, there was lots to do inside the cottage without feeling bored. Outside was wonderful with the dock and all the water crafts. There are movies and games in every corner of this cottage and also a smart TV. Plenty of seating inside and out for all guests to be comfortable. Mike was always available by email or text and we will definitely keep this cottage in mind for our next summer vacation.

| What a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend spent at Mike's cottage. Pictures don't even show how big, beautiful and comfortable this cottage was. With a group of 10 there was more than enough room for everyone and the kitchen had more than enough space to cook a thanksgiving dinner. The area was so peaceful and quiet and the cottage was very easy to find. Mike had more than enough games and movies for all ages. What a great experience, we will rent again forsure!

| Our family of ten, and two dogs, spent a week at this cottage. The cottage is very spacious and no one felt crowded. Mike had so many games, movies, music and outdoor activities for his Renters to keep themselves busy. Mike is a reasonable person who is quick to respond to questions asked and also for returning our deposit. Our family will definitely return to the area.

| Mike is an awesome host very friendly and hospitable, the cottage was exactly like the picture and discription, all amenities were great and in working condition, kids loved the paddle boats, cottage is very clean and spacious. Lots of games and activities. We will definitely be returning

| I can not say enough about how incredible this cottage was for my family and friends. The cottage has more than enough space for two families and has everything that you need. The cottage sits on a slight hill providing a picture perfect view of the water. The area is quiet and friendly. We were able to sit on the dock, fish, use the kayaks and paddle boats. The cottage is clean (the woodwork inside is stunning). We will be renting again.
