Two large screen tvs, one upstairs on main floor and one downstairs in den. Wifi and Internet tv is available, to enable renter to connect to their own personal accounts such as Neflix, Crave, Amazon Prime.
Sleeping Accommodations: 10 including Queen bed in loft - ladder access).
Upstairs Main Floor: 1st room is the Master Bedroom (King Size Bed) with ensuite, shower and bath; 2nd room with 1 Queen bed on main level and second Queen bed in loft (access from ladder).
Downstairs: 3rd bedroom has a King bed, 4th bedroom has a Queen bed and ensuite with shower.
In total there are 3 full bathrooms, plus 1 powder room.
Furnishings are supplied (including linens, dishes, cookware and utensils).

Included for arrival is a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen soap... so there is something available when renter arrives, however these disposable supplies are not provided for the duration of long term rentals and are for the expense of the lessee/renter; i.e. please ensure you bring your own supplies including all personal supplies you will need for the duration of your stay.

BOOKINGS: All deposits and payments are made with the understanding that a rental agreement provided by the Renter/Owner which outlines all the obligations of the renter, forms part of the booking agreement; the renter agrees when making the booking that they are bound by said rental contract and the renter agrees to sign it.
