Enjoy the serenity of nature from the newly constructed deck, where a patio table and chairs, outdoor lounge, a hanging basket seat and a full size 6-burner propane BBQ make life a breeze. Click on the You Tube link to the right of your screen for aerial views of the property! Once inside, you will be greeted by a bright and spacious foyer, sunken dining room and a fresh coat of paint that hints at the detail found in every square inch of this great escape. Engineered hardwood floors cover the open concept A-frame great room and a WETT Certified wood burning fireplace will keep it all warm and cozy. The modern amenities pair seamlessly with the rustic vibe. Barn wood accents accompany a fresh white kitchen, new countertops and fixtures and new stainless steel appliances including a fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave and water cooler. A well planned living space includes two large bedrooms on the upper level, with a king and queen bed, a fully renovated main bath and a two-piece bath in the newly constructed sun-room complete with a barn door. On the lower level there is an updated Movie Room with fresh paint and new flooring, a flat screen TV, Netflix, plenty of DVDs, an XBox gaming system with a variety of games and two bunk beds (one with a trundle and three full mattresses) when all the fresh air calls for a little shut eye. The spacious laundry room includes a washer and dryer, storage and a second full fridge. The adventure awaits outdoors. A timber-framed bunkie with loft sleeps four and the second bunkie attached to the double car garage sleeps three. Follow the wooded trail to 253 feet of waterfront with a 26 x 10 dock that overlooks the water, several small islands and an abundance of Crown Land. A shallow entry area makes launching the canoe, paddle boat (2018), stand up paddle board and five kayaks a breeze. Find peace and excitement on the water while fishing for large and small mouth bass, perch, or lake trout on the 70 acre lake.
Enjoy the Keurig coffee maker, kitchen table for meals or a game of cards and Bell high speed wifi to stay connected. It's all ready and waiting for you. Your corner of nature!

| Enjoyed, what was for us, a peaceful retreat for 5 days. This modern cottage is very comfortable and has all the amenities you could possibly need. A short forest nature trail leads you to two large docks accented by beautiful granite rocks. The gorgeous lake is pristine with great swimming. Canadiana at its best!

| Wonderful Cottage and highly recommended for families. We had a event filled time at Ed and Lindsay's cottage. It was tastefully decorated and very cozy and our families had a wonderful time both inside and outside of the cottage. Ed and Lindsay have made the place a wonderland for children with the boardgames, lego, zip lines, kayaks and more. We had fun jumping from the jumping rock across the lake and many nights of watching the stars in the sky. The lake is very quiet with very minimal boat traffic and we will definitely be back. Thanks again for a wonderful week!

| We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage! It was very clean, modern and well-stocked with essentials. 9 of us stayed plus 1 dog and there was plenty of room (and we didn't even use the 2 bunkies!). The lake, with 2 private decks, fire pit and gorgeous views, is a about a 2 minute walk away, so super convenient. We really enjoyed the use of the paddle boat, canoe, paddle board and floating mat. The entire property is very well taken care of and the owners are very responsive as needed. We highly recommend.

| Our family was a mixture of young kids and adults and there was ample activities for all from kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and swimming to the floating dock the family had a great time. The views are amazing from both the dock and the patio over looking the water. The cottage is very lovely decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen. The bunkies were well used and comfortable. The owners were also great to deal with, Looking forward to a return visit next summer.

| Such a beautiful cottage on a breathtaking piece of land. The pictures don't do justice to this gem of a place. Everything was wonderful from inside the cottage to the bunkies and the property. We would like to thank the Piva's for sharing this beautiful place. Also having everything available inside the cottage as well as the paddle boat, canoe, kayak etc made our stay unforgettable. This is definitely a 5 star and definitely will go back.
