Welcome to Twin Pines on Moonlight Bay! Built in 2020 this luxury lake house is very well appointed. With natural inviting colours you and your family will feel right at home relaxing by the fire or enjoying your morning coffee on the two level expansive deck. Featuring 400' of Georgian Bay shoreline and a private natural site island with spectacular sunset views. This home is an entertainers dream, the lower level walk out has a wet bar, pool table, leather sofa recliners and big screen TV. The main floor features 20' natural pine cathedral ceilings, stone fireplace, comfy reclining sectional and big screen TV . The large deck opens up to natural Georgian Bay views. The kitchen features granite counter tops, large island and rustic wood table. The sunroom is a wonderful place to sit, relax and enjoy the view. The master suite has a cathedral ceiling, walk in closet and full ensuite including soaker tub, glass shower, bidet and double sinks. The queen suite is a comfortable large room with its very own vanity sink. The lower king suite has a full ensuite and beautiful lakefront views. The waterfront has a perfect mix of rock and sand for a nice, easy shallow entry into the water. Kids will love the sandy beach and easy entry for kayaks and paddle boards. The area offers endless possibilities for the nature lover. Fishing off the dock, snorkeling the nearby shipwreck or an early morning kayak to watch the sun rise. Boating in the Georgian Bay Biosphere is fantastic.... the rock formations, clear water and muskoka pine lined shore make for a perfect combination. Waterskiing, wakesurfing, tubing, sailing and Seadooing are among the favourite activities on Georgian Bay. Nearby Ojibway Club is a short boat ride away, it is a great place to visit and enjoy your favourite ice cream. If you are super adventurous then head to Hole in the Wall where locals love to hang out and take the exhilarating jump off the rock cliffs.
Killbear Provincial Park is a 35 minute drive and offers some of the best hiking and natural sand beaches in the area. There is an interpretive centre to learn more about the biosphere and wildlife. The French River is also a nearby beauty that should not be missed.

| Cannot find enough positive things to say about our stay! Karrie & Wayne were absolutely amazing hosts who have thought of everything. Anything we thought we could have needed for the week was already supplied in the lake house. Our family of 8 enjoyed every minute of it and had plenty of room! It is such a beautiful spot and everything was SO clean. We had no trouble feeling comfortable and at home. We would absolutely recommend Twin Pines on Moonlight Bay for anyones getaway! It was such a memorable and special stay for us, we can't wait to go back. Thank you Karrie & Wayne, we hope to see you again in the near future! :)

| What a beautiful place you have at Twin Pines on Moonlight Bay. We had such a wonderful time at the Lake House. You provided everything that we could think of and even things that we didn't. Such a beautiful setting with all of the conveniences. Everything was top quality, right down to the abundance of fluffy bath towels. You really set the bar high for rental places. Never have we encountered such a well supplied venue. You surpassed our expectations by a mile.

| Our family of 6 had an amazing 2-week stay at Twin Pines. We were fortunate to have excellent weather to enjoy the lovely property and its spectacular setting and amenities. We had lots of fun swimming to the little island, canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. The sand and beach toys were a big hit with our one-year old grand-daughter. We enjoyed waking up to the peaceful view of the lake every morning and relaxing in the Muskoka chairs with stunning views of the sunset in the evenings. And of course, everyone enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the fire pit.
Karrie and Wayne were helpful, generous and gracious hosts, making sure that we had everything for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. They provided a welcome basket of wine, chocolates and other delicious treats. The pantry was well stocked with spices, condiments and other essential items. The cottage is very clean, spacious, modern and well-laid out on 2-levels with great entertainment areas and comfy outdoor sitting and lounging terraces.
Thank you Karrie and Wayne for a great family vacation. We look forward to returning next year.

| Our family of 8 had an amazing time at this cottage. It is extremely clean and very well stocked. The owners met us the first day to show us around the cottage which we found very helpful. We felt at home and relaxed right away. The owners are super nice and responded quickly to answer any questions. There was a gift basket with drinks, and a variety of treats for our family when we arrived . We really enjoyed kayaking , fishing and going for walks. We stayed in October, the fall colours were amazing. There was plenty of room inside the cottage on the cooler days where we could spend time together playing pool, board games or puzzles but there was also areas we could go and relax, read and have some me time. There is a beautiful sunroom where we could sit and enjoy the view. This was a great spot to enjoy our morning coffee and evening drinks and appetizers before dinner. We can't say enough great things about this cottage and owners . This cottage has been one of the best we have rented and we hope to be able to return .

| We came to Twin Pines for our 30th wedding anniversary with our family. I can't say enough excellent things about this cottage. Perfect layout, spotless, very comfortable in every way, well equipped, all the toys, gorgeous swimming off the dock, beautiful views, great fire pit, wonderful landscaping...it has everything. The owners were informative and lovely. They left us lots of goodies for our celebrations. When my daughter mistakenly left her airpods, Karrie sent them to us the next day! Amazing customer service! A memory we will never forget. Highly, highly recommended.
