| We had our extended family up for a week's vacation in late August. Lots of great things about the experience here, but a few caveats to be aware of. 1) Donna was very responsive and helpful at all times. The process was smooth. 2) The cottage was as shown in the photos and was spick and span clean 3) The back yard was amazing, great fire pit, dock/deck combo and all the water gear to keep the teenagers busy with peddle boats and kayaks. My 7 year old spend all week on the swing. Level and easily accessible for walk in with the little beach there. This worked for the little ones, and the senior in our group. Great accessibility. 4) We got to see some interesting wildlife without even leaving the back yard 5) Close to a small town if supplies were needed, but cottage was very well equipped The not so great: 1) The water is shallow and sandy extending about 30' from the shore and after that point it's uneven and unallowable rock bottom. So this is really more of a wading friendly waterfront rather than swimming. We made it work using floaties, but there were a few minor cuts to feet. 2) There is a shooting range on the other side of the river, and it was a pretty constant sound of guns from 9am to dusk with Saturday being nonstop. The volume varied depending on wind direction, but it was impossible to ignore unfortunately. Overall we really enjoyed it and found the experience positive, but I think the rocky bottom and shooting range are things to be aware of.

| Our family had a wonderful week spent on the Trent River, and exploring towns nearby. We made good use of the kayaks and paddle boat, and were able to fish right off the dock. Owners were wonderful before, during, and after our stay. Looking forward to returning

| This is our fourth stay at the cottage. We loved it as usual. We have stayed for Thanksgiving, New Years, Aug long weekend and May long weekend. All have been fantastic stays. The waterfront and walking trail always provide lots to enjoy. The owners are great, our last stay Donna even let us know about the festivities and fireworks in town. Will definitely be making a return visit.

| What a beautiful cottage and spectacular view. We kayaked the Trent river and caught my first fish. The sunrise and sunsets are amazing especially while roasting marshmallows by the fire. Looking forward to coming back this summer.

| Our family spent a fun filled week at this cottage. The sandy beach is perfect for the little ones as it is a gradual slope. The guys caught fish right off the dock, and the firepit provided plenty of smores. The cottage was big enough to accommodate us easily for sleeping and the large kitchen made dinner prep easy. The use of the kayaks was definitely a bonus and provided hours of fun.
Donna was very responsive and helpful with any questions. We would highly recommend this cottage for a great vacation.
