300 feet of waterfront on Bob's Lake (Buck Bay)

The cottage and property is nestled between two rock hills on either side, creating a very private oasis on 1.4 acres. We have 300 feet of waterfront, including deep water off the dock for boating, swimming and fishing. There is a sand beach cove with a seasonal creek running into the lake. The cottage is situated on a rocky ridge with a gradual slope to the water.

The cottage has two levels of living space. The upper level is the sleeping quarters: a bathroom and three bedrooms with two Queen beds and two singles.
The lower level consists of a large, open concept living/kitchen area with patio doors to the deck and screened in porch. There is a wood stove for those cooler nights. The kitchen is supplied with cutlery, utensils, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots/pans, crock pot, Instapot and bakeware.

On the deck there is a propane BBQ available to use. We have Internet, a Smart TV (no TV service), games and books to use/read. We also provide a paddle boat and two kayaks for our guests. We have four adult life jackets, one youth and one child jacket. If you need more, you will need to bring your own.

Bob's Lake is known for its clean water with excellent boating, swimming and fishing. Some of the species caught are large and small mouth bass, perch, pike, crappie and pan fish. If you would like to bring a boat, please let us know and we can let you know where you can launch it.

Verona is 20 minutes south (on the way to Kingston) where you can buy food and drink. Either at Foodland, where there is a Beer Sore and LCBO or at a small General Store.
Westport, which is 30 minutes east, offers shops, restaurants, a grocery store as well as a Beer Store and LCBO.
Sharbot Lake to the north offers the same as well as a pub, public beach and Provincial Park.
