NOTES

We max out at 16 people. No tents are permitted on the property. All occupants are to be declared. We charge $200 per week per additional person above the base rate of 4 persons. We charge $200 per week for each dog with a maximum of 3 small dogs and 2 large dogs. Our rates are not negotiable. Any occupants not declared at time of booking will be charged and subtracted from damage deposit. If you would like to stay longer than a week, we offer back to back weeks for a lower rate.
