Sunset Bay is a lovely year round cottage located on pristine Redstone Lake in the Haliburton Highlands. This beautiful 2 acre property, with western exposure, is characterized by a gentle sandy beach entry, easy lake access, amazing sunsets and views with incredible privacy. Newly renovated decks, docks and a year round sunroom to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. Beautiful open concept kitchen which allows for gourmet cooking and great entertaining, plus an island to enjoy lake and sunset views.

Dishwasher, Gas Range, Refrigerator, extra beverage Refrigerator, Microwave, TV/DVD, Satellite Dish, Internet, Cell Service, Washer/Dryer and Propane BBQ. Water is potable.

Extremely clean lake allowing for great swimming, boating and fishing. Wonderful sandy beach for easy entry for kids and grandparents. A canoe, 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards available for your use. Local boat launch if you have your own boat or local rentals nearby.

Firepit to enjoy campfires and incredible star gazing. It is even better from the dock!

Close to Haliburton Forest and the Wolf Centre. Enjoy winter activities such as snowshoeing, cross country skiing, sledding, hiking and snowmobiling. Near Sir Sam's Resort offers down hill skiing and mountain biking.

Additional fees for pets. There is a refundable $800 damage/cleaning deposit required before stay. If the cottage is appropriately cleaned and there is no damage this amount $800 will be refunded.

Beautiful propane range, blender, rolling pin, cheese grater, pie plate, muffin and cookie trays, turkey roaster, measuring cup and spoons, hand held mix master, pastry blender, coffee bean grinder, french press, kettle, serving trays, full cutlery and pots and pans and more.
