Walkout basement to the lakes edge where you will find the hottub situated for you to use. Amazing level lawn for any game wish to be played as well as fire pit to enjoy the summer evenings. The property has a Bunkie located on the lakes edge with 4 bunk beds a great place for kids to hang out

cottage is located only 10 minutes from Bancroft great for picking up missed supplies or to checkout town, the public boat launch is at the end of the street for easy access. There is Baptiste Lake Marina within a km boat or vehicle drive from the cottage with Gas for sale. The Lake has great fishing with Walleye, Bass, Pike, Lake Trout and crappie. There is a canoe with two paddles for you to use just bring your own life jackets
