| Another epic vacation at The Sands! When you arrive at the cottage, you instantly feel relaxed as it is so peaceful and you can hear the ocean waves. The cottage is very clean, fresh and well maintained. It is tastefully decorated, nicely organized and is equipped with everything you might need. The amazing beach is a very short walk from the cottage and the spectacular view of this beach will take your breath away. The white sand gives it a tropical feel and the fact that this beach is so secluded and private makes it feel even more special. The outdoor shower is really handy after returning from the beach. We also enjoy the fire pit, making s'mores and viewing the magnificent sky full of stars. The cozy screened in porch is so relaxing and a great spot in the mornings to enjoy a coffee or to read a book. Amanda and Jeremy are excellent hosts who genuinely care about their guests and strive to give them the best experience. We are already looking forward to next summer, when we will return for our third year at The Sands!

| The Sands is a very well appointed cottage that is a short walk from the most beautiful white sand beach. We've stayed at this cottage for several years because it is comfortable and we pretty much have the beach to ourselves! The water was warm and so clear during our stay -- it has to be one of the best beaches on the Island! We made most meals at the cottage and really enjoyed the new Weber BBQ. We are already looking forward to a return trip in 2023!

| As an Islander, living off-Island, I crave the ocean and must make an annual pilgrimage 'home'. For the past 5 summers, my husband and I have stayed at 'The Sands' cottage and are looking forward to many more visits!
The secluded cottage is clean and well-kept, with all the amenities you could ask for. It's a short walk to the stunning white-sand beach where you can swim in the clear salt water, walk, relax, breathe in the clean ocean air and watch ocean birds.
Last - but not least, the wonderful, attentive hosts make the whole experience even more special and stress-free. Truly paradise.

| Another fabulous stay at the Sands! We enjoyed the beautiful weather, walks on the gorgeous beach 3 times a day, bird watching in thew screened in porch every morning and daily visits from the sweetest little rabbits! The cottage is large and incredibly well equipped and now has super fast Wifi so we managed to work in a few days of work while we were there. Can't wait for next summer. Amanda and Jeremy are wonderful to deal with!

| A little piece of paradise. The Sands cottage is very comfortable, well stocked, tastefully decorated and in a great location. A short walk down a path that's leads to one of the most amazing beaches I've seen. The cottage is private and the area is quiet. Sometimes you can have this incredible beach all to yourself. Very special. Close to attractions like the East Point Lighthouse, The Fiddling Fisherman, and the Fireworks Feast at the Inn on Bay Fortune to mention a few. Elliots General Store is very close and Souris is about a 15 minute drive. I would love to return to The Sands for a future stay. Thanks to Amanda and Jeremy
