"LEGAL SHORT TERM RENTAL IN TINY TOWNSHIP, STRTT 2026-038". 5 night min rental from April15- Oct15 Breathtaking Cedar Panabode, 1500 sq ft, year round cottage with 100' frontage mosty sandy beach on southern Georgian Bay on Champlain Road 25 minutes north of Penetanguishene. Cathedral ceilings, 3 bdrm, 1-4 piece bath and 1-3 piece bath in the basement, free-standing gas fireplace and new 65" smart tv in large open concept living & dining room with a patio door to a large walk around deck with patio set & new BBQ. Bell Fiber unlimited 50MPS internet. Basement is large and unfinished with 2 ping pong tables, extra fridge, bathroom and double door walkout to the front lawn, beach area and fire pit (I supply firewood, please just bring your own kindling). 1 1/ 2 Hour drive from Toronto. Max 6 guests, one bedroom has a double bed,(not in pictures) and bunk beds, 2 have a queen sized bed each. Property is on a well for water with an iron/sulfer filter and a separate reverse osmosis system tap in the kitchen. Kitchen is well stocked including a Keurig, drip coffee maker. You will enjoy every second you spend on this property, (minimum age to rent 30, families only).

| Everything about this cottage was perfect. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. The water was warm despite it being early July and the beach allowed for hours of fun with our young children. Kerry was very responsive and a wonderful host. We have been renting cottages for 5 years and this is the only one we said that we would 100% rent again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

| We had a great time at the cottage which was very well equipped and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful view over the lake, and the large windows meant that the living area was full of light, and extremely relaxing. The weather was mixed during the week we stayed there, so we had the opportunity to see the lake in its many forms – calm sometimes, then almost like the ocean at others. The sunrise was quite spectacular too. We even got to play ping pong which we hadn't done for many, many years. The owner, Kerry, was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

| We brought our friends visiting from Mexico with their two kids (8 and 9). We had the best time at the cottage. You get a great view of Lake Huron and are still close enough to town to get groceries or whatever you need without feeling secluded in the woods.
There are so many outdoor activities nearby but staying indoors when it was snowing outside and playing some boardgames was just as perfect.
Kerry was great with communication and she was really helpful with recommendations too.
We will definitely be back to see the views during summer!

| We spent a week at the cottage and loved every minute of it. Kerry has thought of everything to make the cottage feel like home. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, sheets and towels were all provided, games/books/cards were great when it rained, and there were so many outdoor activities - kayaks, a canoe, croquet, a fire pit and more. It was perfect.
The beach and the view were amazing. We loved sitting outside on the deck or the beach each day and enjoying the sunshine with a book and coffee. We used the kayaks daily.
Kerry was an excellent host and was only a text or a phone call away if we needed him.
I would absolutely recommend this cottage and I hope we can go back again next year.
