3 season cottage, 3 bedroom (double beds),1 pull out couch in sunroom, 1 bathroom (3 piece), open concept living room/kitchen/dining area. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living area. Large sunroom overlooking Bull Lake. Cottage rental rates are for 6 people. Extra guests will be considered. 1 TV (no cable or satellite) with CD & VCR player with a large assortment of DVD's & videos. Cottage has well water and is tested regularly but recommend bring drinking water. Relax on the large deck off sunroom with 2 lower decks for catching sun/shade. Fire pit. Flat rock at waterfront or dock to sit and enjoy the sun. Small sandy area at waterfront for kids then drops off. End of dock approx. 8-10 feet deep. Great for swimming. Peddle boat, canoe, paddle board and 3 kayaks available and 4 adult life jackets. There is a boat launch nearby on the lake. No cottages across the water.
Good neighbours, seasonal and year round. Boat access to Buck Lake and Horseshoe Lake when water levels permit. Bull Lake is on the Salmon River system.

We spent a wonderful week at this clean, comfortable cottage - rustic, yet modern with all the amenities you need. Great location with no cottages opposite - lots of bays and lakes to explore by kayak and canoe - we saw so much wildlife! Swimming off the dock and also tiny sand beach entry. Note that there are many stairs, but the different seating areas allow choice of sun or shade. A screened sun room looks over the lake. Great to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms! Wendy was prompt in her communications and provided all the information we needed - I would certainly stay again!
