A perfect family getaway. Our cottage is situated on a large 2.5 acre lot, with plenty of wooded privacy, and approximately 200+ feet of shoreline. You will enjoy the gentle sloping lot, leading to a sandy beach, and gradual entry waterfront that stays shallow for quite a distance. The weed free, sandy bottom makes it ideal for guests of all ages to wade in. Mink lake is very clean, and is approximately 4 km long, and 1 km across. Enjoy the south west exposure of the cottage and large 16 foot Fendock with a 12 x 12 deck at the end to enjoy the sun throughout the day, and glorious sunsets in the evening. A canoe, 2 Adult kayaks, 2 Children kayaks and 2 SUPs are provided for you to explore the lake. The lakeside firepit makes for perfect evening entertainment and summer memories! Firewood is provided. Enjoy the breeze and the views from the beautiful vaulted attached screen room any time of the day or evening. The screen room leads out on to the composite deck with a glass railing so your view remains unobstructed. The deck offers an outdoor dining space, lounging, and a BBQ. Propane is provided. Inside does not disappoint! A 2-story stone fireplace with a pine mantle made from a tree from the property is a special focal point of the vaulted great room. The large windows are designed to take in the views. The well equipped kitchen offers all stainless appliances, including a dishwasher, and lots of prep space on the island. There are 2 generous sized bedrooms and a full bath on each floor, for a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 singles and a queen bed on the first floor, and a king and a queen bed on the second. Sleeps a total of 8 people. Linens and towels are provided.

| This was our second time at this beautiful cottage. Having been in winter, our group enjoyed how spacious and clean everything was and knew that the cottage could easily accommodate our group of 5 adults. We had plenty of personal space and our own comfortable beds.
As it was a warm September, we were able to enjoy the outdoor fire pit while looking out over the stunning sunset on the beautiful lake in the evening.
Already looking forward to booking again!

| The cottage is gorgeous. It was cozy, clean, very well equipped, area is beautiful too.
We enjoyed kayaking (kayaks and paddle boards were provided) and riding bikes in the area.
The cottage itself had very well equipped kitchen, there was everything you could possibly need (from toaster to bagel cutter!).
Plenty of board games and activities for adults and kids. BBQ, fireplace - so you won't get bored.
Highly recommend and hopefully we will come back for a longer stay!

| Our family had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful lake home. The cottage and grounds are spectacular and clean. Everything we needed was provided, including toys and games for the grandchildren. Well equipped kitchen. Safe waterfront for little ones. Very clean lake and good fishing. Desmond was responsive - even called to check we were ok during a regional electrical outage. I have only good to say about this rental and we will likely visit again.

| Stayed for a week at this beautiful cottage. So spacious and clean when we arrived. Beautiful dock to sit right at the water. Would recommend this cottage highly. Hoping to return next year God willing. Spoke with Cindy on the phone to arrange everything and it was like speaking with a friend. She was helpful with everything to make sure our stay would be everything we wanted it to be.

| What a beautiful cottage, it felt like a true luxury to spend a week here! Such a well thought out space that means you never need to leave.
The water was fantastic for our toddlers learning to swim and the beach provided hours of fun. Our teenagers enjoyed trips around the lake on kayaks and lounging on the dock in the sun.
We would highly recommend this cottage for families of any age that are looking for a lake side vacation that is spent in comfort.
