| We had a fantastic stay at Sunset Point in July 2022. We were very happy to see how private the lot was; there was a real sense of privacy. The water access was easy and the dock was perfect to sit on and watch the sunset each evening. The cottage itself was very well equipped. The kitchen (while small) has absolutely everything you need. The bedrooms were comfortable and the living space was decently sized to take shelter on a stormy day. The hosts' instructions for accessing the property were easy to follow and simple. Futher, when one of our party discovered that she had left behind her phone charging unit, they happily couriered it back to us at home. We'd happily return again in the future.

| This is the quintessential cottage getaway place. Quiet, you can hear the Loons on the lake at night, coffee on the dock in the morning with fog coming off the lake and a glass of wine at the fire pit as the sun is setting. The canoe, paddle board, SUPs and kayaks as well as the floating raft gave us plenty of things to do during the day and my husband with more than a few laughs. The cottage is well equipped without losing that cottage vibe. We got a lot of use out of the side deck with the eating area. Lots of property for kids and pets to roam. The games, puzzles and internet connection made for stress free rainy days. The cottage is halfway between two golf courses. The one in Madoc is a 12 hole course which is just perfect for a holiday round. This was our second year renting and we have already booked for 2022. Thank you C and C. Love the new dock!

| My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this cottage! It has everything you need and more and made staying very comfortable and easy. The private dock and fire pit added to the whole experience. We would definitely come here to stay again!

| This property checks off all the boxes. While still capturing the rustic, cottage feel it also has many comforts of home in the city. Lots of room. The grounds are spacious and kept meticulously. Privacy. Privacy. Privacy. Incomparable sunsets. All amenities are updated and current. Lots to do...fire pit, canoe, kayaks, paddle board, water toys, swimming, fishing, or do nothing at all. The little extras left by the Hosts were appreciated and a Touch of Class. If you need a dose of "civilization", Bancroft is just over 20 minutes away. Would recommend The Granite patio for dinner. Amazing getaway. Thanks, C&C! We will be back for sure!

| This was a great place to escape from the city. The cottage was very clean upon arrival. Everything is well-stocked. The yard around the house is spacious and the dock gets sun pretty much all day. Steenburg lake is a beautiful little lake and the water in mid-July was very warm. We have no complaints and would go back!
