| I am so glad we booked this cottage! Our family enjoyed a wonderful week in this welcoming, well maintained home. It easily slept 10 people (6 adults and 4 children aged 9 to 14) and had ample spaces for large gatherings. The owner has done an outstanding job anticipating and supplying renters' needs. Both inside and outside there was so much to do! We walked the trails, fished off the dock, went canoeing, kayaking, enjoyed nightly bonfires, gazed at the stars and played numerous lawn games. On a rainy day we played Monopoly, foosball and had a dance contest using The Xbox. The large front closet was a treasure trove of games and equipment. We didn't swim off the dock but swam at the municipal park (2 minute walk). Luckily, the ice cream sold at the park was safe for our grandsons (Tree Nut allergies) and going for an ice cream cone became a daily event. We would definitely rent this cottage again. We hated to leave! Thanks David for all the great information. From start to finish you made renting your cottage stress free.

| This cottage is truly a home away from home. David challenged me to find one item that we would require which wasn't already at the cottage and I could not. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for the week so no need to pack your own house up to bring along.
The lake has a healthy population of Large and Small mouth bass, perch and panfish. We only spotted a single pike the entire week. The surprise was the population of bowfin which hide in the weedy bays. They are not an eating fish but they put up a fight that is unmatched once you get a good hook set.
It is very quite with only light power boat traffic. The neighbours are friendly and all appear to love dogs which is a bonus if you are bringing your four legged friend.
There is almost no light pollution and a large open yard which made for some outstanding stargazing.

| We happily affirm all of the positive descriptions and comments made by the two previous reviews. Our two-generation family of 8 had such a wonderful week here that we have already rebooked for next year. So much space - our son, daughter-in-law, and two young grandchildren had their own quarters in the basement where the girls were thrilled to sleep in the curtained twin bed areas....just like camping they said. Grandma and Grandpa had the Master bedroom and that still left a good-sized bedroom to each of the other two sons. Three large common spaces, a large dining room, and tons of outdoor space kept us all living together happily even on rainy days.
We have rented several places over the past summers and this is by far the best equipped we have ever encountered. Every need seems to have been anticipated, with amenities above and beyond. Hey, we don't even have a waffle maker at home!
There is great privacy at the property, but the local cottage and park communities were friendly and helpful, as was David at check-in and whenever we had questions. The kids loved that the park, beach (sandy, shallow and clear), playground, and ice cream stand were so close by. At the property, they were thrilled to see many fish, tiny toads, a huge frog, fireflies, a muskrat, and even a fawn on the front lawn. The enclosed fire pit on the patio was especially appreciated for safe campfires with the youngsters. We already look forward to next year!

| What an amazing time our family had at this beautiful cottage! So clean and spacious and everything your family needs for a week away from home. The lot is massive, giving the children and dog lots of space to run and play, and ALOT of privacy. The sunset over the lake was absolutely gorgeous. I missed this place the moment I left. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot with the family. Thank you so much David!

| We weren't sure what to expect when we rented this place. Turns out, the pictures on the website don't do it justice. This is a beautiful home with all of the amenities. The cottage can easily accommodate two families (or 3 or 4 couples) with lots of room to spare.
The kitchen is modern and spacious. There is a large family room on the main floor and a huge family room in the basement (both with AppleTV). The cottage comes with wifi which allowed my wife to work remotely for part of our stay. The 4 bedrooms are all a good size and the 4 bathrooms are modern.
The cottage sits on a huge lot with lots of nature trails. The yard surrounding the cottage is well maintained and the grass cut short which limited the amount of bugs when we were outside.
The lake is a short walk from the property. The owners provided 3 kayaks, a canoe, and life jackets of various sizes. The area around the dock is weed free due to a weed mat that the owners put down. The water is crystal clear and was warm during our visit. The kids swam for a few hours every day. We were also able to catch lots of fish right off the dock.
There is a large beach nearby that has an ice cream stand. We walked down to buy ice cream cones just about every day during our stay.
The owners met us when we first arrived to give us a quick tour and to answer any questions. The owners were very friendly and texted us a few times during our stay to see how we were doing. It was an awesome 2 weeks!
