| I am that person who looks for the perfect place to stay,I read all the reviews etc..
When I came across this rental.
I was like it's perfect,the layout, especially the kitchen nice and big,the amenities.
When we arrived at the cottage everything was just the way it looked in the photos,
Very clean the owners even went out of their way to leave My Husband and I a note and a gift which was very thoughtful.
We were close to everything,if we weren't at the 2 beaches we were at the shops and the restaurant's.
We would take a stroll at night for a cappuccino which was definitely the best that I had,even the Ice Cream Shop beside it was so delicious,we went more than onced.
We are Legion members their Branch was
perfect to drop in on the day it was raining to play pool and watched the Blue Jays game
We had a bonfire a couple of nights,the backyard is perfect for it.
In the morning I enjoyed sitting on the front deck having my coffee, watching the boats go out,saying hello to the people walking by,my dog was wagging his tail as they said hello his head kept moving looking at all the cars going by he was in his glory.
The owners were definitely right when they said all you need is your blankets and beach towels,they had everything and more than I expected ready for us
My Husband and I both said best vacation we had in a long time,and he said I have to say you found the perfect place for us, nothing negative what so ever .
We will be definitely renting again.

| We have been renting cottages for many years around Port Stanley. We seldom returned to the same rental, until we booked this one. Next summer will be our third year! Great cottage, great location, excellent amenities. Kudos to the owners.

| This cottage is a gem! NO negative surprises! Only pleasant ones! Our family loved the cottage! The host, Stephanie was always available (within very reasonable times) via phone or email. She is very fair & professional to deal with. The place is immaculate, & very well equipped. The proximity to downtown Port Stanley, & the beach is ideal: close enough, but far enough away for quietness. The sun porch was an ideal "play pen" for our little guy. The kitchen has both Keurig single serving, & typical 10 cup coffee makers. The backyard is well-groomed & gets afternoon shade. There is a firepit & propane BBQ. The garage houses kayaks, & a beach dolly. The WiFi is strong & reliable. Grocery store is a block away.
Note re accessibility: there are 5 steps at main/back entry. Inside, the kitchen, bathroom, & 1 bedroom, are 2 steps below the main living area.
We're already booked for 2023!

| This cottage was beautiful. The owner had everything you needed and more. The backyard was so peaceful especially at night around the fire with tonnes of fireflys lighting up the night.
The beds were comfortable and the living room was cozy. We were left a nice gift upon our arrival which was very appreciated. We will definitely rent agian. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

| We had a wonderful week at the cottage (that is much more like a beach house!) with a wonderful surprise to greet us on our arrival! The cottage is beautifully decorated with everything "beach" and very comfortable seating areas in lots of different rooms. It is equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen (we baked cookies a few times), bathroom (tons of towels etc.) and bedrooms with comfy pillows, sheets and beds. The collection of books and games was a wonderful bonus too. The wagon and other items in the garage made it easy to wander to either beach (or both) daily. The sunsets are amazing too! We loved to watch the sailboats heading out to the lake from the front porch and wandered to the grocery store up the street when necessary. All the fancy shops in town are fun to peruse with many restaurants to choose from too. We loved to visit the Art Emporium and even did some Christmas shopping. If you want to be in the center of "beach town action", this is the "cottage" to do it from.
