Red Point Folly is a large bright oceanfront beach house on a private sand beach surrounded by 8 acres of grassed and woody beauty. From the moment you enter the spacious foyer you are struck by the view over the channel towards Wood Island. When you enter the large open living room, dining room, kitchen area you have a 180-degree ocean view. To your left you can see Whitehead Island in the distance, straight ahead you can follow the comings and goings of fishing boats in the channel leading to Seal Cove Harbour, and to the right you can see the lights of the picturesque hillside village of Seal Cove. The wrap around ocean front deck provides immediate access for dining or just sitting and enjoying the beauty and visiting ducks, seals and eagles. This property, located at the end of Red Point Road, abuts the Anchorage Park. A 1.7 km boardwalk leading to the main Anchorage Beach area is less than a 5-minute walk from your door. At lower tides you can walk along the beach to the Anchorage or even all the way to Ingalls Head.
There is one large bedroom with a queen bed, sitting area and patio doorway to the front deck on the main floor. There is also a laundry room and full bath on the main floor. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a double bed, each with a sitting area. There is a second full bath on the second level. The kitchen and baths are modern and fully equipped for your beachfront holiday.
