A lakefront cottage (max 8 adults -10 with kids) to enjoy the seasons. The Kitchen is fully equipped with small and large appliances and an open concept kitchen/dining/living room.

The living room is equipped with a television and ample seating to provide the perfect setting to take in views of the lake, play board games, and watch your favourite movie or tv show. For those connected to the internet, there is also WIFI - Starlink (DL ranges between 50 Mbps to 250 Mbps. UL ranges between 10 to 20 Mbps).

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom contains a king bed and ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Bathroom #2 is located in the main hallway, with the perfect combination of tub and shower.

In the basement is a laundry area, complete with a washer, dryer and additional fridge. Two more bedrooms and a 3 piece bathroom with large walk-in shower are also on the lower level. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed, while bedroom #4, is furnished with bunk beds. The rec room provides seating and includes a pool table, ring toss and smart tv.

The exterior of this cottage is private with ample tress lining the property. The huge front lawn is perfect for outdoor sports and lawn games and has a badminton/ volleyball net. The backyard has a fire pit, dock, and large deck with a BBQ and seating area.

The dock will be out from May 24 long weekend to Thanksgiving long weekend.
