The main floor includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed. A second bathroom in the hallway features a tub and shower combination.
The lower level features a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and an extra fridge, along with two additional bedrooms and a three-piece bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Bedroom three offers a queen-size bed, while bedroom four has a queen over queen bunk bed. The recreation room is equipped with comfortable seating, a pool/ ping pong table, ring toss, and a smart 50' TV for extra entertainment.
The property is nestled among trees, offering both privacy and serenity. The spacious lawn provides plenty of room for outdoor activities, including a badminton/volleyball net and various lawn games. In the front yard, you'll find a cozy fire pit, a dock, and a generous deck complete with a BBQ and seating area, perfect for outdoor meals and unwinding.
