The living room offers a television and plenty of seating, creating an ideal space to enjoy lake views, play board games, or watch your favorite movies and TV shows. Stay connected with high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi (download speeds ranging from 50 to 250 Mbps, upload speeds from 10 to 20 Mbps).

The main floor includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a queen bed. The second bathroom, located in the main hallway, offers a perfect combination of tub and shower.

Downstairs, you'll find a laundry area equipped with a washer, dryer, and additional fridge. The lower level also includes two more bedrooms and a three-piece bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Bedroom three has a queen-size bed, and bedroom four is furnished with bunk beds. The rec room provides seating and includes a pool table, ring toss, and a smart TV.

The cottage exterior is private, with ample trees lining the property. The expansive front lawn is perfect for outdoor sports and lawn games, featuring a badminton/volleyball net. The backyard includes a fire pit, dock, and large deck with a BBQ and seating area.

The dock is available from the May 24 long weekend to Thanksgiving long weekend.
