Calling all families and adults...come enjoy picturesque views on 300' of private shoreline on prestigious Lake of Bays!! Spend the day on the water with Muskoka's famous end of dock deep water, kayaks, paddleboard, canoe, and water loungers available to you. Excellent fishing right off the end of the dock for the fishing enthusiasts. If relaxing lakeside is more your fancy, then enjoy lounging on the large boathouse deck in Muskoka chairs or lounge set while you gaze on the expansive view. Off the water, a trampoline makes for fun as well. Easy boat rentals from one of the many local marinas makes boating possible with space available to dock a boat. Be sure to experience the history and mystique of the steamship era of Lake of Bays by setting out on a Bigwin steamship tour of the lake. Come see what makes this Muskoka lake truly magical!
Come night fall, the fun doesn't end. Relax at the firepit located at water's edge and listen to the crackle of the fire along with the gentle water lapping at the shoreline. The cottage Great room is another evening space to enjoy the latest Apple TV or satellite TV selections cozied up fireside in the surroundings full of rustic Muskoka charm and modern seating offerings.

Master bedroom - Queen bed with ensuite bathroom; Bedroom 2 - Queen bed; Bedroom 3 - Double over double bunk beds; Bedroom 4 - Single bunk beds; Main bathroom with shower. Large great room with cozy wood burning fireplace. Large kitchen with attached dining room table that seats 8-12 or eat outside on the deck overlooking the lake. BBQ located on cottage deck.
