Welcome to the Mulligan Retreat! Our newly constructed cottage offers your family the peace and quiet of being off the grid with all the luxurious comforts of home. Our cozy 4,000 sqft home accommodates 12 (8-9 adults, 3-4 kids) featuring 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2 spacious living areas ideal for both reading by the fireplace or watching tv. 4 bedrooms have a queen bed each. 1 bedroom has 2 bunk beds (twin on twin and twin on double). Top bunks are for children only. Our home sits on 4.5 acres of land and offers lush greenery which is great for privacy and hikes. The large trees make it a perfect escape and offer optimal privacy as we sit off a private road with our own driveway in. With plenty of greenery. We are fortunate to see wildlife on our property such as deer and turkey, please be gentle and courteous and maintain your distance. Our cottage is lakefront. We are only 90 minutes away from both Algonquin Park for avid hikers who really want to get away from the city and explore. | We had a great stay at the cottage. The place was spacious enough for the 12 of us that came from 3 families. The girls loved the bunk beds as they had the room all to themselves. Everyone enjoyed the Ping Pong game and the basketball! We made as much use as we could with the water sports equipment. We even caught a very big bass one night, that was the "highlight" of our stay.
The kitchen had enough utensils/pots/pans and spices for cooking. The property was clean and up-to-date.
Tan and Sadi were helpful and very pleasant to deal with. On the day of check-out, one of our party left her cellphone in the room, Tan was nice enough to arrange a pick up with her in the city.

| Thank you for a wonderful week. We just came back from a week stay July 16-23. The cottage is beautiful and we had a great time. The kids especially enjoyed the basketball and ping pong. The house was clean and there were alot of spaces for our large family. Sadi and Tan were great to deal with, very prompt with responding.

| The Mulligan Retreat was absolutely perfect for our family. With 8 adults and 4 children, the cottage was spacious, clean and comfortable. The children loved the basement most as it was equipped with an indoor basketball, foosball, pingpong, golf games and so much more. The deck is a bit small, but because the water is shallow all around it, it didn't bother us as we were all in the water playing. The lake is quiet and small, perfect for canoe rides and fishing. Sadi and the team were very attentive and available when needed.

| Excellent stay. Brand new, gorgeous home. If your looking for peace and tranquillity, this is the stay for you. Our large family of 12 had the entire lake to ourselves all week! The lake is very small and quaint, perfect for kids. The cottage was stocked with everything a large family could ever need - board games, video games, and a plethora of sporting games in the basement. The kitchen is full of every appliance you can think of.
Our only recommendation was to purchase another fridge for the basement. We recommend bringing coolers as the kitchen fridge is not big enough to hold a weeks worth of food for 12 people. Given the closest big grocery store is far away, we didn't want to leave the cottage.
The backyard was perfect. Large fire pit and swing set among the trees. Remember to bring fire wood. There isn't any available. Would definitely recommend this place. The owner Sadi is absolutely lovely to deal with. We will definitely be returning sometime soon!

| What an incredible end to our year staying at the Mulligan Retreat; it's just what the family needed. The photos don't do justice to how spacious and lavish the cottage feels. There were so many amenities available to us; the huge dining table for our big family, a massive kitchen where we all were able to share laughs, and a cozy fireplace where we settled in for the night. The lower level provided us with an exceptional recreational space, full of unforgettable memories. We had movie nights, ping pong competitions, basketball tournaments and a much-needed massage chair to name a few. We had taken a walk to catch how charming the landscape was, the beautiful view out onto the water, as well as just how serene it all felt. The owner was very accommodating and very quick to get back to us with our inquiries. Our only regret was not booking enough time, it all flew by. We can't wait to be back and will be looking forward to coming in the summer!
