This beautiful four bedroom, one bathroom, 2,200 square foot home is perfectly perched on the shore of beautiful Mississippi Lake, scenically located on Commodore Island at the entrance to the "Big Lake". Commodore Island is a one-of-a location on Mississippi Lake, offering full 360-degree views of the lake while being fully accessible by car via a causeway, with parking on-site for 3-4 vehicles.
The charming house is a fully-furnished split-level that includes four bedrooms and one washroom, and is suitable for a family of four to eight people; and with central air conditioning and Starlink High Speed Internet, you can have a lakeside cottage experience without missing out on the modern necessities. The open concept main floor offers stunning views of the lake in all directions. The lower level family room is also well-equipped with floor to ceiling glass windows, and includes a big TV and a huge sectional couch, perfect for cozying up on for a movie after a long day by the water. The family room also includes walkout access to the deck and BBQs, all overlooking the lake.
The main floor primary bedroom includes a King-size bed overlooking the water, while the second bedroom is spacious with a Queen-size bed. The waterside lower-level bedroom includes another Queen bed with a beautiful view of the lake, and the fourth bedroom includes a double bed for additional sleeping options. In the newly renovated kitchen you will find beautiful butcher block countertops, a large double main sink, a second prep sink overlooking the water, and a full suite of LG stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher!). The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities, including a microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, dishware, cutlery, and pots and pans. The large deck off the lower level walkout includes patio furniture, a propane BBQ, and a charcoal BBQ for your enjoyment. An LG laundry pair is located just off the family room for those inevitable mishaps.
The property includes 155-feet of deep shoreline, offering more privacy than most on the Mississippi. The shoreline is clean and some of the best on the lake for swimming, with a sand and rock bottom that gradually deepens to over 10 feet of depth at the end of the dock -- perfect for diving in all day long (not a trait easily found on Mississippi Lake). The swim raft is a short swim from the dock, perfect for some early morning laps, or catching some late day sun.
