My beautiful four bedroom, one bathroom, 2,200 square foot home is perfectly perched on the shore of Mississippi Lake, and scenically located on Commodore Island at the entrance to the "Big Lake". Commodore Island is a one-of-a-kind location on the Miss', offering full 360-degree views of the lake, while being fully accessible by car (via a causeway). The property has parking on-site for 4-5 vehicles.

The charming house is a fully-furnished split-level that includes four bedrooms and one washroom, and is suitable for a family of four to six people; and with central air conditioning and Starlink High Speed Internet, you can have a lakeside cottage experience with all of the modern necessities. The open concept main floor offers stunning views of the lake in all directions. The lower level family room is also well-equipped with floor to ceiling windows, and includes a big TV and a huge sectional couch, perfect for cozying up with the family for a movie after a long day by the water. The family room also includes walkout access to the brand new deck and BBQ, all overlooking the lake.

The main floor primary bedroom includes a King-size bed overlooking the water, while the second bedroom is spacious with a Queen-size bed. The waterside lower-level bedroom includes another Queen bed with a beautiful view of the lake, and the fourth bedroom includes a double bed. In the newly renovated kitchen you will find beautiful butcher block countertops, a large double main sink, and a second prep sink overlooking the breakfast bar and waterfront, as well as a full suite of LG stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher!). The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities, including a microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig, kettle, dishware, cutlery, and pots and pans. The large deck off the lower level walkout includes patio furniture, and a propane BBQ for your enjoyment. An LG laundry pair is located just off the family room for those inevitable mishaps with mustard and ketchup.

House uses carbon-filtered and UV treated lakewater intake for plumbing. Water cooler is included, please bring jugs and/or bottled water for drinking and cooking needs.
