Clean, well kept 3-bedroom family cottage c/ w all amenities. Large living room with two sofas, two side chairs, recliner, TV and 200+ movies. Large kitchen with two tables, stove and two fridges, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot and all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Two bedrooms on main floor each with a queen bed. Large Full loft upstairs (third bedroom) which has 3 queen beds and a flop-down couch. Also TV and toys, etc for kids (in loft). Cottage also has a full bath. Outside there is a wrap around deck on the front/side/back of cottage and two driveways. The front deck has a large awning for those hot sunny or rainy days. There are also two barbecues/propane as well as a fire pit. Two outside tables and several chairs. The loft also has a window air conditioner. The cottage currently has internet and satellite.

| This was our second stay at this cottage. We enjoyed it even more this time than we did before. We appreciated the well stock cupboard with salt/pepper/oil/sugar/spices!! A nice improvement since last year. Last year we were there during an Aug heatwave and relied on the AC. This year it was quite cool so we never needed the AC....but it was nice to know that it was there! We spent more time inside this time due to rain/coolness. So we really appreciated the comfort of the furniture in the living room. And the bed was as comfortable as we remembered it from last year. Truly one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in!! Having two large fridges in the kitchen was great. And with two large kitchen tables, we were able to use one for storing our non perishable food. It made things so easy to find. We hope to return to this cottage again. It was just what we were looking for!

| We had a terrific time at the cottage. It was very comfortable. The beds were exceptional!! Nicer than beds we have had in 4 star hotels. There was lots of seating in the living room and in the kitchen. We were there during a heat wave and we certainly appreciated the new AC unit in the living room!! Friends in a nearby cottage had to go home to sleep due to the heat, but we were comfortable with the AC and fans. The location was excellent. Only a three minute walk to the public beach and a small store. The only advice I would give new renters is to take Everything you need. The cottage does not have any food basics like salt/pepper/sugar, etc. So just be sure to take what you know you will need. But there were lots of dishes and pots/pans. We enjoyed the roll out awning over the front porch and the new patio chairs. We ate quite a few meals on the front porch. We would highly recommend this cottage!
