Beach Front Cottage

The photos show cottage as you will find it upon arrival. The modern decor and layout allows you to enjoy the entire cottage, it's open and functions very well. Always very clean, with many windows the cottage is always bright with a constant breeze coming off the lake.

The Valor radiant heat fire place keeps the entire cottage warm in the early spring, fall or winter months a great place to spend time in the off season.

The property is all sand, plenty of room to play games, toss the ball around or just lounge in front of the water. The sun rise and sunsets are amazing, you have a spectacular panoramic view from our property.

There is only one neighbour to the SouthEast, to the West sand dunes and a private beach area, it's a pristine quiet spot to spend your vacation.

There is a large 16ft deep x 24ft wide deck on water side for dinning and lounging and a 10ft deep x 14ft wide deck on the back side for dinning and evening sun.

Lake and beach access is along a path of Armour Stone slabs at the front of the property, the sand is soft and plenty full. The water is shallow and it's usually all sand under your feet entering the water. Note - Long Point is considered a Dynamic Beach ( the water is continually moving the sand ) we often have full sand but at times it can be rocky when you first enter the water. There is always plenty of beach at Long Point it just moves on a regular basis.

There is room for 6 people, bedrooms for 5 but room for a 6th with 2 good size leather couches they are ideal for an extra bed. 1 bedroom a queen, 2nd bedroom a double with single bunk on top
