Welcome to 117 Gould Beach Road, a great escape for families just meters away from Parlee Beach Provincial Park, home to the warmest salt water north of Virginia!
The location is central to all of the fantastic experiences of the area, including:
- immediately adjacent to the beach and its amenities (showers, snack shack, restaurant with patio overlooking the beach);
- short walk to "The Wharf", where you can enjoy dining on patios, shopping at the boutiques or booking a boat tour of the bay;
- short walk to the large sports fields of the provincial park;
- 3 min drive to the local drive-in movie theater;
- 7 min drive to Shediac's historic downtown and its many restaurants, cafes and shops;
- 45 min drive to Prince Edward Island; and
- 90 min drive to Fundy National Park.
The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms (1 with a queen bed, 1 with a double bed, 1 with a single-sized bunk bed), plus a fully finished bunkie that adds 2 more bunk beds, one with a double bed on the bottom. This provides lots of flexibility for large families, or grandparents and grandkids! A full kitchen, living/
dining room and bathroom with shower complete the interior, and newly installed A/C provides relief on the hottest days. The outdoor space is on a double lot, giving you lots of room to enjoy the fantastic summer weather and ocean breezes. Enjoy campfires under the patio lanterns, shade under the massive trees and lots of lawn space for games with the kids. Truly an exceptional East Coast experience!
