| In order to get there, we rented a pontoon from pier 69 and then met our family members at Victoria harbour to load and shuttle items across. Was a process getting in and out, but the cottage itself was divine. This is a PERFECT location for those with younger kids. Sandy, shallow water entry on one side of the yard was perfect for swimming, learning to kayak and general fun. The marsh side gave hours of entertainment with them catching frogs and minnows. Fishing off the docks and pontoon provided hours of entertainment and some pretty big fish caught! The cottage was clean and cozy. Deck provided great views and kid watching area, and the bunkie was an excellent place for those who didn't bring kids and needed a quiet place to retreat to at night.

| Right from the very beginning, everything went so smoothly. Jason provided everything that we needed to know prior to arriving. He was always quick to answer my MANY questions! We started with our pontoon rental from Pier 69 and we were able to park our two vehicles there for week. The cottage was easy to get to and everything that you could think of was there. The cottage itself is clean and was spacious enough for us 4 adults and our 6 kids ages 10-15. The loft is a great cozy space for kids! Not once did we hear ?I'm bored??from fishing off the dock, catching frogs and lots of hours spent jumping off of the pontoon, there was no time for boredom. A 5 minute boat ride gets you to Victoria Harbour where there is a Foodland and LCBO. We brought everything with us but I think I'd do a shop once there so it's less to pack. We had a couple of rainy days and again we were not at a loss for things to do. There are so many board games to play (scrabble got pretty competitive lol) and we watched lots of classic movies that the kids had never seen (best selection of movies for all ages) Unfortunately due to an emergency at home, we had to leave a day early. Jason was extremely kind and helpful in making sure we got on the road to home quicker. Definitely recommend this cottage for all ages. Thank you Jason, we will be back next year!

| We absolutely loved our stay. We started off with a boat ride that got us excited the whole ride there. When we got there, the place was really clean, had everything we needed and we especially loved the loft for the kids. That really was the cherry on the sundae. The kids loved it! Lots of adventures with frogs, turtles and jumping into the lake. Will def be going back!

| It would have been excellent if they had one more toilet and if their flooring work in 2 bedrooms were completed. Night/evening view (in fall) so beautiful that I had never seen. Excellent kitchen and living room with beautiful views. Owner was always available/prompt on text/phone to give information. Best place for small and mid size group of 12 people if you respect toilet rules :)

| My wife and I took our 4 year old daughter here for a 3-day weekend and absolutely loved it! The loft space quickly became my daughter's favourite spot in the cottage, and we made this our daily game space before venturing outside to hunt for sea creatures - although she was a little disappointed that she couldn't find an octopus or a shark anywhere near the dock.
The view is absolutely incredible regardless of the time of day, but the sunrise is on a level all its own.
We booked a pontoon boat from Pier 69 as it was the most economical option at the time, and it takes roughly 20 minutes to get to the cottage from there. Live bait can be purchased from the marina, and firewood can be had from less than 2 minutes down the road.
Many outdoor toys are already provided, and inside you'll find board games, puzzles and movies. The fire pit is huge, and provides enough space between the edge and the fire to feel safe with your young one nearby.
Don't let 'boat access only' deter you from visiting this amazing place, it truly is something special.
