Enjoy the serenity of cottage life in the Kawarthas. Modern living meets nature with this beautiful & bright 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom (with shower) cottage. This cottage is equipped with everything you need. Fresh linens provided (bedding, towels), fully equipped kitchen, washer/ dryer, dishwasher and Keurig coffee machine. Brand new high end BBQ to cook up amazing burgers, hotdogs and steaks.
The property will satisfy your craving for a cottage vacation with a 50ft shoreline, large 30 ft x 24 ft dock to moor small to large boats, also has a wood burning chimnea. To maximize your enjoyment on the lake, we have a 4 person inflatable Mariner Intex boat equipped with fishing rod holders, four 8 foot sit-in recreational kayaks, 5 adult life jackets and an inflatable floating island (fits 5 adults).
We have installed specialized mats to provide 800 square feet of seaweed-free swim area around the dock for maximum enjoyment.
Take the kayaks out for some scenic views. Boat over to Bobcaygeon and Buckhorn or enjoy some premium fishing on Pigeon lake!
Back indoors, enjoy a fully-equipped cottage, surf the web with high-speed internet access, catch up on work or enjoy the 43 inch 4K TV with free Netflix and PS3 gaming console. Good variety of indoor and outdoor games.
Take advantage of the large double lot backyard with fire pit perfect for a campfire and roasting marshmallows and hot dogs. Campfire wood is supplied.
The nearby towns of Bobcaygeon and Buckhorn have all the conveniences readily available including sand beaches, restaurants/pubs, quaint country shops, banks, grocery stores, gas stations, ice cream shops, as well as LCBO and the Beer Store. Also, a few golf courses and boat/seadoo rental places nearby.
