Welcome to Park Place in beautiful Port Dover- a quaint fishing village on the north shore of Lake Erie. Located directly across from Powell Park in downtown Port Dover, Park Place is in the heart of it all! EVERYTHING is within walking distance- blocks from the beach and pier, theatre, restaurants, shops, and all the amenities that Port Dover has to offer! An easy 30 min drive from Turkey Point, another 10 min to Long Point. 15 min to wineries, breweries, hiking/ biking trails and golf courses. Truly within minutes of all that Norfolk County has to offer!
Park Place features 2 bedrooms on the main floor as well as 1 full bath and 1 half bath. Beautiful open-concept kitchen/dining/living space with all the amenities. Another bedroom downstairs has its own en suite as well as wet bar, rec room with pull out sofa bed and private entrance.
Large paved driveway with enough parking for 4 cars or 6 motorcycles. Park Place offers BBQ, Wifi, smart tv, laundry facilities and includes linens and towels.
