(We use tap water from the cottage, add required spa chemicals, test & balance the PH levels regularly).

Elopements, Bachelors/Bachelorettes, Proposals, Engagement Ceremony and more!!! We love hosting small events up to 8-10 people.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The cottage is minutes away from extensive forests and waterways of Trent Severn, offering tons of activities such as biking, hiking or snowmobiling on the excellent trails!
We are in the heart of Washago minutes aways to cute local restaurants, ice-cream shops, fresh groceries and bakery stores, LCBO, farmer's markets and so much more.

FOR CHILDREN
We want the families to enjoy the cottage with their little ones, but is up to parents to ensure the safety and precautions of their children.
A few things to note:
- Indoor fireplace gets hot when used
- Not child proof (sharp objects, corners, outlets, cupboards etc.)
- Portable crib not provided
- Close proximity to the river from the decks

DOG-FRIENDLY
- Maximum of 2 dogs allowed (non-shedding is a must)
- Guests MUST let us know prior to booking (Extra charges applied if not informed)
- We don't allow cats due to hardwood flooring & leather furniture

Guest access
The Cottage is accessed by a private street (approx. 1-min drive) and has private parking enough for 3-4 cars. Guests will access the Cottage via lockbox .
Other things to note
I will be available via telephone, text or email 24/7 during your stay.

Hot tub will be available for you to enjoy between Oct-March

- Do not eat or spill drinks in the hot tub.
- Please make sure to rinse your body before entering the hot tub.
- Do not use any bath bombs, essential oils, shampoo or soaps or any foreign products in the hot tub.
- Lid must be covered at all times if not being used.
- DO NOT unplug the hot tub at all. Keep the plug on at all times.
