| We enjoyed our recent stay at this well-maintained cottage. Sara and Jon are great hosts with quick responses to any questions and concerns. The cottage is very clean and tidy, with the best stocked kitchen ever! They have thought of everything. Views from the cottage, deck and dock are all lovely to take in and enjoy. The covered gazebo area off the living room area was our favourite spot to hang out and relax with a morning coffee or cocktail time?comfy chairs and and fire table all add wonderful touches. Great location to the town of Buckhorn for any shopping needs. We we're able to bring our boat up with convenient locations to launch from. Lower Buckhorn is a beautiful lake and offers plenty of opportunity to explore the Trent and a variety of locks. Thank-you for a delightful cottage experience.

| Our family of 4 stayed here for a week in the fall. We could be as busy or as chill as we wanted. We spent hours on the kayaks and paddleboard, explored Bobcaygeon, sat around the fire, watched some Netflix and football, and read for hours in the hammocks and egg chair. It was so lovely to be able to sit outside while it drizzled with a fog over the lake and read on the deck with the fire going. It was a perfect get away for us!
The accommodations were great; the description and pictures matched perfectly. When we arrived everything was nice and clean and ready for us. Sara was so quick to respond and answer questions.

| We loved our stay at this cottage for the week. They have anything and everything you need. Tons of yard games to keep you busy outside, lots of movies with Netflix and great wifi to keep you busy inside on rainy days. Fishing off the dock was the best I've experienced in years. Buckhorn isn't far away if you want to head out and grab some ice cream or grab food. Grocery store is also near by.
If you want to do any shopping, Bobcaygeon is about 25 minutes away and there's lots to do and see there as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back some time! Highly recommend!!

| We loved our week we spent here. The cottage is great, fishing off the dock, lots of water toys to use. We enjoyed our selves so much we already booked for next year. Sara & Jon were amazing hosts, very quick to respond to emails and very helpful with any questions we had. They personalized our stay (we were here for our baby moon) which was so sweet and lovely. Can't wait to come back next year!

| We had the pleasure of staying at this idyllic cottage on Lower Buckhorn Lake for an extended weekend stay. Everything was perfect - from the cleanliness of the cottage and property to the stunning views from the decks (and especially from the docks!) The owners were very accommodating, providing clear instructions on rules and local amenities. It is close enough to run into town for groceries and supplies (maybe a trip to the LCBO too) but remote enough to feel like our own little piece of heaven. We had campfires each night and even warmed ourselves by the fire inside when the chill set in on the last night. What a fun experience to try out the paddle boat and paddle board! This mini-vacation was just for the two of us to celebrate our anniversary, but we will be back with our children as we know they would enjoy every moment at the lake. We recommend this rental property for anyone and everyone. Thank you for a wonderful retreat!
