Duplex style all season cottage tucked away on a small weedy lake with direct access to Georgian Bay (5 minute boat ride away). The cottage is at the end of a laneway of 5 cottages with crown land surrounding the cottage and the lake. The moment you get out of the car you feel relaxed. The open concept design is ideal for two families to enjoy together each level has two bedrooms one bathroom a kitchen and a living room. Amazing fishing on lost lake and on Georgian Bay. Walk to 2 community beaches. Boat the 30000 islands of Georgian Bay, and explore the shipwreck or jump cliffs at the hole in the wall. Or go for ice cream at the historic Ojibway hotel or Desmasdon's Boat Works In Pt. Au Baril. Boat to watch the spectacular sunset at the light house. Cottage includes 2 adult kayaks, 2 kids kayaks, a peddle boat and a canoe. Bedding is provided. There is a bbq and a smoker with propane a fire pit outside and a wood stove inside plus a furnace for heat and central air conditioning. If the power goes out no worries it's also equipped with a generator. Dog friendly upon approval at time of booking( 2 dogs max). Cottage is equipped with wifi, kodi tv box for movies and a few channels, furnace, generator, and ac. The backyard bunkie may be owner occupied(this would be discussed upon at time of booking)
